Nothing like getting an extremely cold cup of coffee and when you ask for a hot cup it comes with a strange film over the top of it. Silverware had hard dried food on it like it was never washed. Pathetic experience that management said "Oh well, not my fault".... Avoid this place like the plague!

The OREO pancakes are DELICIOUS!!!**2023 Update**So this would be the 3rd time that I've noticed my original bill changes after the server has taken my credit card. The way it looks is that there is an option for the server to add their own tip-- so beware and look at your bill before you hand over your payment!!!Im bringing awarness now, as Before this I simply chucked it up as thier "tip" but this time my bill was only $27 and the server took a $7 tip- which is excessive in my opinion, so yes I am very upset!!!***Update, Update****The above mentioned was taken care of very quickly. The store manager called and discovered that an item was not not charged on my original receipt and later added after payment. I am happy that my assumption was proven wrong, although it did look sketchy. The manager assured that the team will make sure everything is billed prior to bringing the receipt to the table, and I've been 3 times after this and have since seen improvement.

It's IHOP! Exactly what you want it to be. Clean, friendly, and a huge selection of comforting breakfast foods.Dietary restrictions: The protein pancakes were lower points (I'm on Weight Watchers) but perfectly delicious! I do recommend them as a slightly healthier option. My sister is also watching her calories, and loved her veggie omelet.

I should have known better.First the Good - Service was good and so was the coffee. The dining area was spotless.Now the not so good - The pancakes were decent. Not great. Considering these are this establishment's specialty this was a dissapointment. Both the omelette AND the hash browns were cold inside. How do you do that? Definately not worth the $23 tab.Won't be back.

The young man that was our server was amazing. Very intuitive to our needs. I will return to get more Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes ?. The new omelets were so hard to choose from... the Spinach Mushroom was an excellent decision.
