Welcoming atmosphere, workers are always really great and so kind, air smells like freshly baking cookies. The cookies, brownies, and ice cream are so good that I keep coming back again and again. The cookies are so delicious! Chocolate chuck - a classic - is my favorite. Warm, gooey chocolate and mouthwatering dough. Best dessert stop in the area, hands-down.

i usually love insomnia cookies and have a lot of grace for service workers and all the crap they put up with, but this location had a particularly rude staff member. I would recommend you guys change the sign on the bathroom door from saying "no public restroom" which implies people buying products can use it to "employees only" or just don't gave a sign at all! or at the very least if someone tries to use it don't have your employees yell at them as if its not a common mistake.

Pregnancy has been nothing short of wild, I was almost in tears when I realized my delivery wasn't otw. Hiiii ! I love that this insomnia is open so late because the munchies get to me and I love ice cream ! I tried their brownie with a scoop of ice cream and it was good. The caramel ice cream is so good but i love cookies & cream too?! Ice cream from here is like a heaven when you eat it with your eyes closed, thanks for tuning in!

Amazing! We order from here once in a while, and it is always SO good. We live quite far away from the bakery (Canton), but it always arrives warm.Today was my first time calling with a request, and the guy I spoke with was so helpful and kind!! The FF7 Rebirth x Insomnia promo things dropped today, and my friend really loves Tifa & Aerith, so I ordered the box as a surprise (which typically comes with a random ff7 sleeve); I was able to request the specific sleeve for the box, and she was so happy! Thank you! :)

Y'all don't understand. I have ordered from here quite a few times, and it is ALWAYS amazing. Today was the only time I've every had an issue. Order 2 boxes that were the exact same assortment of 20 cookies in each box. They missed that on the order and only delivered one. I called them up and the person I talked to on the phone was EXTREMELY nice, apologized, owned the issue (this is HUGE for me), then made it right by sending out the other box (they offered a refund...but nah, we want those delicious cookies).Mistakes happen (I've made a few myself in my life), but they owned theistake and made it right.Every other time I've order from them (or thaty wife has), the order has been perfect. The cookies are always delivered warm and delicious. Every flavor/type of cookie we have had has been amazing.I will continue to be a loyal customer. I highly recommend giving them a try.
