Jet's Pizza offers a delightful dining experience, with their signature deep-dish pizzas and tasty side dishes. The food is consistently praised, with the "meat eaters" pizza, "triple cheese turbo sticks", and "four corner pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and jalapeño" being customer favorites. Jet's slices are unreal, and it is a favorite chain deep dish pizza. While not the cheapest, customers feel they get what they pay for and it is a treat. The staff is really friendly, and the salad was really good. However, the atmosphere has room for improvement, as one customer witnessed the manager reprimanding employees in a less-than-professional manner. Additionally, 6/10 times customers do not get the toppings and crust they ask for. Delivery zone restrictions are also an issue, with no delivery to a neighborhood behind the firehouse after the sun goes down, which is irritating for customers who don't want to run to the store in the cold. Nonetheless, the excellent service provided by the delivery driver, who went the extra mile to ensure the customer received their order, is a testament to Jet's commitment to customer satisfaction.
