I would of gave a 5 star rating if I wasn't cheated out of my refund that I deserved for my food being delivered to wrong address/person and was told while still on the phone with the manager Will that the refund was put through as well as he knew I wasn't lying about not receiving my order after he verified the address he first had was wrong which wasn't checked before it was delivered because I ordered offline but the address online is correct. I also spoke with the general manager who was told/informed about the situation and was lied to about receiving a call back from her to make sure I got my refund. I literally called almost everyday trying to speak with the manager Will and never got a call back or didn't get to speak with him again. I am disappointed and still haven't received a refund after lied to about it being processed as well as another order was falsely made and cancelled like I made it to cover up the previous not received order. This the only Jetz I order from and the food be good but some of the employees need an attitude check and I never had a problem until Nov.04 of not getting my refund and I also spoke with someone from support on more than one occasion and at first was told by support agent Helen that she seen a refund was processed and I also had a free cinnamon stixs reward too that I was told would come back after refund went through. But neither happened and in the end was cheated out my money because of a mistake made on Jetz end. Sad, around this time people do the most B's regarding money.

Horrible! They got my order wrong on a pick up and I stayed inside foe 20 minutes and waited. Offered me a cookie. Brought the pizza home and was undercooked. There's a hungry howies down the road thats better!

Waited an 1.5 hrs for my pizza, and had to call to see if it was coming. When I did receive my pizza and bread sticks both were cold. Come on JETS, I spent close to $50. I guess i have to find another pizza spot.

Ordered two 8 corner pizzas and jets bread one pizza was ok the other was burnt up I just want to know you have to see that when your cutting it come on how about being honest and telling the customer you burned it but you won't charge for it that's ridiculous to get home and one pizza is jacked up like this. And on top of it there was very little sauce on the burnt one, a couple weeks ago we got pizza at the bellville jets and it was fine I guess that's where we will get it from now on

Very clean establishment, we got there about 20 minutes before closing and they were so kind to make our late dinner! Highly recommended!

It's called Jet's because the prices are what you'd expect to pay at an airport.
It’s a take out place that’s why I gave it a4 star for atmosphere. Friendly people and service and food has always been great.

They are our goto pizza. I ran a pizza place years ago. Pizza was the cheap food in the day. Not anymore, they are a higher priced products now.

I wish I could give negative stars. Ordered food on 7-3-2025 at 5:05 pm. The clerk rang me up as a cash order and couldn't let me use my card to pay. Therefore I could not place an order and had to leave after 15 minutes if him not being able to cash me out. No one in the store could fix this issue. Only a manger could fix this and apparently they don't have one. If you are working and have a timed lunch, DO NOT GO HERE.

I ordered for delivery and the first thing that threw me off was the delivery driver knocked once I left the food on my porch. And once me and my family started eating , my child found two strings of hair in their slice. Absolutely unacceptable. Me and my husband were frustrated, so we went to the salad thinking that everything would be fine cause how could they possibly mess up a salad, me and him were stood corrected. When me and my husband ordered the salad, we specifically asked for tomatoes and once we opened it, we did not see any tomatoes. So I called in and to our knowledge, they are “out of tomatoes”. Wouldn’t that be something you wanna make your customers aware of and honestly, the salad is kind mid.
