The wife and I are new to Jet's Pizza but absolutely love Detroit style pizza. For years, we thought Buddy's was the best. But move over because Jet's slices are unreal! If you love great pizza, then you need to try Jet's! It is, without a doubt, my favorite chain deep dish pizza of all time! It's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and it's a treat.

6/10 times do I get the toppings I ask for. I usually order the same two pizzas with 2 toppings each and Cajun crust. 6/10 do i get all the toppings and the crust i asked for. so that's kinda irritating but that's pretty expected at this point for any pizza joint. but what really irritates me is that you don't deliver to the neighborhood behind the firehouse, once the sun goes down. you realize in winter the sun goes down at 430p, no one who can eat pizzas orders dinner at that time. If you're going to have delivery zone restrictions, they should have an expiration limit. You shouldn't limit delivery to an area FOREVER just because something happened, god knows when. A couple years should be more than enough for the bad people to move out. Let me tell you, the neighborhood I live in that's blacked out from delivery is perfectly safe. I walk my dogs alone, as a woman at 11p, with no problem and feel safe. Everyone knows each other in this neighborhood, doordashers deliver here, amazon delivers here, and I've yet to hear that any of them have a problem. So I'm not sure when the incident that caused this blackout to happen, but it sounds like it might have been during a time when this neighborhood wasn't as good. Which was a long time ago. I don't want to pay $40 for pizza and have to run down to your store in the cold. Especially when I probably won't get entirely what I asked for.

Ordered online waited over 3 hours just to find out (only thanks to reviews) that they aren’t even open today. Says on google and their website that they are open but thats obviously not true. Very convenient they can take your money to process the order but definitely don’t expect your food to come. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

My husband ordered pizza online and when he went to pickup the pizza the store was closed with a hand written sign on the door. Now we have to figure out how to get our money back. We won’t be ordering from Jet’s again.

I got banned trying to login on the website since the new security is impossible to get through. When i got home to eat my pizza there was literally no cheese on one of my pizzas.

Took more than 2 hours for the delivery pizza was cold over cooked and dry, when I call them one hour and a half they said that the driver came and that he rang the bell and we didn't open, and that he called several times, we were hungry and waiting for them nobody called or came to the door, two hours later the driver called asking for the address and we gave him directions on how to get to our address, when he finally came the delivery person wanted a tip obviously my wife didn't want to give a tip he got very mad and said they will never deliver to our address again. I think we should stop doing business at that location although everybody deserves a second chance.
