If I could give zero stars I would.The staff is extremely incompetent at this location which wasn't the case before. We moved to this area several years now and had always pratonized this location as my husband likes jj. My husband was gifted $75 in jj gift cards for his birthday in the form of 3 different $25 dollar gift cards from his employer. He decided to go in to grab a sandwich a few months ago and use one of his gift cards to pay. The staff working at the time didn't know how to use the card and kept telling my husband that the gift card wasn't working. My husband asked him if he was sure and if he needed to ask someone to help him out and he was adamant that there was something wrong with the gift card. My husband then decided to try his other two gift cards since this employee insisted that the card wasn't valid and the employee said that all three cards weren't valid so my husband collected his gift cards and paid with his debit card because he realized the employee didn't know how to get the gift card to work. Moving forward to this week we decided to use the gift card at another location and was placed in the embarrassing situation at the cashier when we were told each card only had a remaining balance of $5 dollars. So that previous employee swiped the card and took $60 off the gift cards and still kept telling my husband the card wasn't valid. So that day my husband paid $80 for a jj sandwich which is really infuriating as he asked the employee multiple times if he needed to ask someone for help. I mean can you imagine the embarrassment we would face this week if we didn't have money to pay for our sandwiches. I will never patronize jj again. Be careful if using gift cards this holiday season at the cross stree

Man. I ordered two sandwiches. One a little John. 2 spicy ranches, a pickle cut into quarters, a bag of chips and a side of pesto pasta. As I walk in, it’s ready but nobody else is. Takes a couple minutes to get everything together. He hands me a bag with a ranch. And says this is your side of ranch “my bad”. Bet cool and I tipped a couple bucks. But bro. I ordered two ranches. Can I get another? “Yea my bad”, as he reads it like he doesn’t believe me. Then I ask if my chips are in the bag. He says “yea”. Bruh I squeeze the bag like it’s no way but Cool I get to my truck. I think let me check again. No pasta at all. Or no pickle. Pause. And the chips ain’t there. So I go back in and tell him. A worker that’s been sitting down the whole time gets up. Wraps my pickle after he hears this. I get home later. I got a whole pickle. Like bruh y’all forget everything I ordered. And I got a whole pickle I ain’t tryna bite. And there wasn’t 1 person in the store aside from workers. Like damn.

I went in cause i absolutely needed to eat something because of my health and i didnt want the alternatives like McDonalds because thats bad for you, the doors were still very open and it was 11:55. They refused to me. Horrible. You guys truly suck

You wouldn’t believe me if I told you how bad this place has gotten, steadily, over the past few years. Today, the toaster oven was dirty which made the entire restaurant fill with smoke every time a sandwich was toasted. They forgot the cheese on my sandwich which is very frequent for this location. There were 4 people doing the work of 1 and still messing it up(I assume they’re training). The employees were joking about their “dearly departed” store manager?? Maybe that’s why nothing is being done right. Been coming here for years but, every time I do, it has a new unsavory flaw. I’m just glad they didn’t forget any of my food this time.

I ordered a Turkey Tom wrap from Jimmy John’s for pickup. When I got home and took a bite, it tasted off—bitter and unpleasant. I opened it up and saw the cucumbers were literally brown, and the lettuce was also discolored. Very disappointing to receive produce in that condition. Quality control needs improvement, as this was not fresh at all. Will not be returning to this location.

Got to the store around midnight last night I waisted $41.23. My Wife is Vegan she ordered a veggie combo with pickles. She got a turkey sub combo. I ordered a bacon chicken ranch with pickles got the sandwich with NO ranch. Didn't want to drive back to the store cuz it was 1230am last night but I won't come there again.

Arrived round midnight & Ordered a veggie combo with avocado add pickles & bacon chicken ranch combo pickles added. When the order was completed the server must of noticed some was wrong & they ask for the bag back & opened all the sandwiches. Guess it was a mix up because they made a sandwich over & said that's the wrong sandwich. We got our order & left. Got all the way home & have a turkey club sub & a bacon chicken sub wit NO ranch no pickles. My Wife is vegan that's why she ordered the veggie sub. But NOT ordering food here again. Was disappointed for real.

Even when this Jimmy John’s gets busy (which is often!), the staff keeps things running smoothly. Everyone is always friendly—from the folks answering the phone to the team making the sandwiches to the delivery drivers. Orders are accurate, and even when there’s a wait, they handle it with professionalism and a smile. It’s clear they work hard to keep things moving, and it shows. Keep up the great work!
