Absolutely amazing beverages! I either order the lemongrass refresher if I want to cool down or a shot of espresso to wake up. The refresher is phenomenal! I always want to try something new, but i am addicted to this one. The baristas are always pleasant and prompt with our drink orders. They always keep the cafe clean. I love to sneak down to this floor when I'm working. Phenomenal job!

the coffee shop both here and in Pontiac's hospital seem to have the same issue of rude cashiers
Latte was very heavy on the syrup and light on coffee. The baristas all had earbuds hanging out of one ear and I had to clarify my order several times.

Alexis needs to learn to be considerate, and helpful. She was neither.

Absolutely wonderful staff and delicious food. Great vegan options. Thank you to Joe for helping us guide through St. Ignace. We actually got to go to Tequahmenon Falls and Mackinaw Island on our trip. ?

No longer have cream or milk for coffee - only little packets of non-dairy creamer. At a coffee shop?!?! No longer have decaf. They brew a decaf espresso and add water. Cookies are great, food choices in mini-mart are great. Staff is friendly but not sure how you can be a coffee shop without milk or cream for coffee.
This is located at the lobby of the Reichert building at St. Joe's.The coffee and food options are quite mediocre (may be that makes sense given the location is inside the hospital). The baristas though, are very friendly and kind. Pricing is quite normal like any other cafe. The sandwiches and pastries are quite dry and not something you'd wanna try unless you are really hungry!

I like this place its got good coffee and anything I want plus red eyes great service to all the time been here with my wife for 100 days not 1 bad worker the other lady must had a real bad day I noticed she said they were mantinance workers like they don't matter a rich rich I smell also they have awesome dirty chis
I stopped in this morning after visiting the lab for blood work. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I got a tea, a muffin, and a yogurt parfait. It was all reasonably priced and all are very delicious. The muffin was not dry, it crumbled a little but was still very lovely. The yogurt parfait has a good mixture of yogurt, berries, and granola. All in all, a great experience and would grab food from there again!!

As I walked up to make a purchase, I was ignored by the food counter clerk because she was busy talking to 2 young females dressed in maintenance uniforms. All 3 stood behind the counter. It was very odd having to interrupt their conversation to make my purchase. Lack of professional ethics whatsoever. Very rude, I'll mannered, and nasty mouthed clerk, 4/24/21, 12:30ish.
My wife and I just had our first child and this place has been a life saver. The coffee is excellent and the service has been outstanding. Thank you for getting me through the first few sleepless nights.
