My experience was zero. Walk in stood there for about 5 minutes not one person said any thing to me. Walk out got in my car drove to the speaker sat there 5 minutes again never was said. Called twice Noone answered. This is why people get angry. This why fast food chains are going under. Everyone wants more money for less work and we the people paying high dollar to eat can't even get so much as a high

This was my first time at this location, and the food was extremely disappointing. The chicken tenders were overdone and very dry. The 8-piece chicken bucket was overly greasy, with oil pooling at the bottom. The coating on the chicken slid right off, and each piece had an excessive amount of fat. My family and I are usually very happy with both the taste and presentation, so I’m chalking this up to an off day and will give it another try in a few weeks. It was at the store 10/30/2024 @ 4:06pm…. $57 shot to hell

My order said it was ready at 3:35, and I didn’t get it until 3:47. I placed an online order so I wouldn’t have to wait, and watched them make and hand out two drive through orders first. Every table in the restaurant was dirty, and the floor was sticky. After waiting, I received my food and it was all cold. The famous bowl I got had maybe three pieces of chicken in it. Very disappointed, only time I ever get good service from this place is if I go in the morning, if you go in late they’re gonna make you wait forever for your food for it to then be cold.

Spend 30 bucks on to meals just to receive soggy chicken tenders and burnt Mac & cheese… completely unedible meal and horrible service. You clearly seen the type of old chicken and burnt Mac you were packaged up to sell and didn’t care for your customers

Crappy chicken must of been old and defried twice. The chicken wing was smaller than a hen wing. I will never eat here again in my lifetime. The food sucked and look how much it costs. NEVER AGAIN!
I door dash and I pick up from there all the time, they are always slow so I'm usually waiting. Ive watched the store manager use the restroom and return to fulfilling orders without wash her hands, the employees do whatever they want it is a horribly run store. I highly recommend not eating there, try chicken shack on Ellsworth way better then KFC.

Typical food quality and awful price, but the real problem is that the place is understaffed.
I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru just to then come inside and wait an additional 20 to get my food. The manager is running around, doing what they can and the other staff are overwhelmed. This is a top down problem.
