I placed a Click It order at 9 AM for a 2 PM pickup. I got a call at 1:50 saying that it wasn’t ready. Could I come at 4. What choice did I have. Came at 4, called and called and called. Finally, got someone that said they weren’t finished with my order. I needed to give them 15 minutes. Over 65 minutes later I finally get my order. Poor substitutions on some items. Very disappointed!

Thanks to the nice guy (who was stocking the gift cards today at around 2:00 or so) for helping me locate The Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafer Cookies. I've been looking everywhere!!

The recycling centers inside smell disgusting but overall non reason not to shop here. Kroger's are everywhere and nearly as inexpensive as Meijers.

Easy store to shop in, the layout is perfect. Problem is, the prices are way too high for burger meat and the "Applegate" hot dogs. And they don't carry the "Bunny Luv" carrots as well as the "Bolthouse Farms" carrots, and they no longer have the "Tinkyada" pasta, I really like the "Tinkyada" pasta.

First time shopping at this Kroger. Store was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the parking lot was a disaster. As we were leaving we pushed our cart towards are truck and the cart stopped abruptly. Huge crack in the asphalt. My shin is bruised and I turned my ankle from tripping.
