9/24/25 Wednesday night This was my very first time visiting Washtenaw Ypsilanti Little Caesars Restaurant from word of mouth to visit there the staff here was very friendly professional and very helpful when it came to deciding what type of pizza that I would like I decided to try the pizza with green peppers for my toppings Y'all when I tell you that pizza when it was finished being prepared and I received it was popping Hot and Looking very appetizing I am very well pleased even after I got home the pizza was still hot The texture of the pizza was very perfect The flavor the topping all was So good. I was so pleased I just had to call the restaurant to let them those ladies that was working tonight know that they did an awesome job with my pizza and also The front counter ladies who took my order was very friendly and helpful.The restaurant seating area was clean I was checking out everything It was decent and in order. Thanks for giving me great service in your restaurant
I ordered a supreme and it looked and tasted like a frozen pizza. Little Ceasars is the McDonald's of pizza. 🤮

Didn't get order. The times aren't up to date on service apps. Wasted a long time waiting for delivery while they said our order is processing and eventually the driver canceled the order as the restaurant closed.

I don’t know WHO the pizza chef is tonight but they chef’n!!!! Our food was soooo good!! Always a good experience here!
Customer service today is completely absent. I walked in and no one was at the register. I could hear people cursing in the kitchen talking about how many orders they had. There was an elderly woman in line in front of me and the eventual cashier told her the cost of the pizza. She held out the cash for a full minute while he prioritized putting her items in a bag over taking the money. He didn't thank her and seeing her walk away from such a negative experience made me really sad.
I was next in line and there seem to be a malfunction with the cash register. The cashier put both hands on his head and grimaced and frustration, ordering someone in the kitchen to come out and take care of the issue for him. He went to the back and either through or dropped metal items on the floor again, venting about how busy he was. The person who ended up helping me spoke so quietly I couldn't hear him, and probably didn't think me on my way out either. I go here about once a week, and because the staff is young it feels like a college vibe which is fine, but today it was just straight up disrespectful. No one should feel stressed out picking up their food.

Ordered a cheese pizza. Was told ten minute wait. Fine, no problem. 18 minutes later the one employee who seemed to acually be working while a bunch more were in back chatting got me my pizza, which had been sitting in the warmer.
We called in an order all i could here was the "kids" yelling at each other and could hardly understand the "kid" that answered the phone. I ordered 3 crazy stuffed crust pizzas and was given a total and time till ready. When the order was finally ready they weren't what I ordered and then I was told that the item i ordered was discontinued and offered to add the butter and parm for an extra fee and said that's all they could do. It is always chaos in there.
Recently, my family and I received three gift cards. When I called the 888 number on the back of the cards, it confirmed a balance of $10 on each. However, when I attempted to use them at the store, the employees informed me there was no balance on the cards. I suspected an issue with the magnetic strip. Despite visiting three different locations (Packard, Washtenaw, and Holmes Rd), no employee offered a solution or seemed to care.
Initially, I didn't think this would be a major issue, but I encountered extremely unprofessional and unfriendly service at these locations. As someone who rarely complains, I felt compelled to share this due to the disrespect I experienced.
I’m not the type of customer who says, “I’ll never come back,” because my kids love your pizza. However, I do expect better customer service. I understand the staff may be busy, but overhearing conversations about their weekends or complaining about customers is not acceptable. Little Caesars corporate should consider retraining some of their employees.
