Ordered take pick up online, 2 double cheese burgers 2 small fries and a 4pc chicken nugget happy meal with chocolate milk, sent my daughter to grab it on her way home she got there no one came to speaker so she went in to get our food. Waited 20 mins before someone came to the counter to help, mind this is the same time another employee was attempting to enter for work. The employee that came to assist didn't have any idea of the order placed asked for visual of order placed, we showed the receipt from online with time stamp, got our food home, missing half the food no toy or drink or fries was in for the happy meal was all thrown into one bag. Smh extremely disappointed on the service and food prep for the order placed.

Worst experience ever my kids wanted to have McDonald's for dinner I went to McDonald's and I spent $50 on dinner my entire order was wrong my fries were cold now I'm sitting here arguing with them and they don't seem to care do not want to correct the order or make the order fresh don't want to give a refund the phone number does not work so I'm just out $50 and still have to figure out what to feed my children SMH

Food was cold and so horribly assembled. I ordered a Bacon QPC and it had a pinch of bits of bacon. The patties were not even somewhat uniformly on top of eachother. My fries were half filled and i got a medium. My caramel frappe was in a small cup as well. I, and so many people, used to or still work in fast food and it isn’t the most difficult job in the world, not even close. You just gotta make the food. No one cares if you smile just don’t be blatantly rude and mess or
ruin something people payed for .

Completely lied about being able to switch an item at the first window. Rude and complete lack of respect. Wouldn’t pick up the phone and had to call corporate to get the information and find out that the server lied.

They will lie about the amount of money you gave them and give u incorrect change basically stealing your money not sure if the girl can’t count or what and the manager ain’t no better. but this place needs to be investigated immediately
