My boyfriend spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru. Not a huge deal, but when he got home which is 5 minutes away we unwrapped his chicken sandwich and it was burnt to the point it looked like a hamburger patty. Nuggets were cold and pop was flat
I went thru drive thru at 11pm the lady told me she wasn’t taking orders. I ask why when your lights are on and it 24 hours. She told me she had no one there. I ask her name for I can call corporate. She told me to get the hell out of here. This is ridiculous she needs to be fired.
My boyfriend and I spent over 30 minutes in the drive through reserved spot, after a huge group of your teenage employees laughed and joked at us. Finally my boyfriend went into the store and had to wait another 15 minutes, they had been dropping food on the floor and laughing about it, giving MULTIPLE people their food before my boyfriend received ours.
