Did a mobile app order for drive thru. They told my boyfriend it didnt exist, then said he needed the phone it was made on it. Then tried to say it was a door dash and he must be wrong. The kids working there were on their phones then touching food.
The whole time he was there, the food was sitting there. They were rude to him. He showed them the reciept. The manager said it wasnt there again. He said the number Again. Once the found it, they left out part of the order which made him have to go back. It was ice cold. As he was leaving the manager said "tell that dude, I said buh bye .

This place is slow, dirty and rude. The long jeweled nails and phones should not touch food. Wear gloves

Horrible wait time!!!! Besides, getting an attitude from the girl on the drive-through speaker I’ve Been sitting here 20 mins and still got 5 cars ahead, not sure what the issue is here but Im not waiting another minute for the stupid crap and I won’t be coming back again. Must be the same owner as the one on Ecorse both locations are horrible. Two of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with.

Of all of the McDonald’s in the area, this is by far the one with the worst service (wait time). I’m not sure why the waits are so long, because they look pretty well staffed. This is definitely not fast food.

Today, very disappointed in Margret for fresh fries. She asked for the ones cold back. My mom was like since covid when do the take food back! But I was like you can have them. A little back and forth with Margret the manager. I decided I didn't want any of the food due to her poor attitude. A server at the window notice me, I informed him I didn't want any of the food. Margret proceeded to say I can't believe this so ungrateful!!! I heard her!!! Ks#13 order #90. How can you be ungrateful for food you pay for!!! The fries were cold and seem as if the had been sitting all day.

Probably the worst wait times I've experienced at a McDonald's. The food quality varies wildly. Seems like you can never get any cafe items. The staff have always been helpful and nice though

Came at 2am Ordered 45 mins prior , pulled up to drive through just to sit for 15 mins and yell at the speaker because nobody answered pulled forward just for the girl to answer the person who was behind me continued to tell me hold on and asked me to repeat my order number 3 times. I’m literally over this McDonald’s and their horrible customer service for me to be a manager at one of the franchises this is unprofessional! Not the first time.

The best egg, bacon sandwich and hash brown combination I've had in a while. Nothing was overcooked, biscuits and eggs were just right, hash browns were crispy. Well done.

Sat in this line for 45 minutes tonight!!! Just to still get the wrong food and have the lobby closed. Phone just rings and rings until you’re disconnected. Employee at the window was rushed and rude…I spent the amount of time I’d have spent at a dine in restaurant in their drive through. In no world should it take 45 minutes to get through a McDonald’s drive thru. I’m deleting my app and stopping all together; I won’t go out of my way for fast food and this is the only location I’m near consistently. It’s always a long wait and it’s nearly always the wrong order. I just can’t anymore
