Website and store said that it closed at 11pm. Went at 10:30 and doors were locked.
This place was horrible and got mu order wrong. They had thr nerve to get an attitude because they messed up my order and couldn't fix it.
Fast and hot
I've given this location a chance many times over the years but it always disappoints. The staff aren't particularly friendly, the food is always lukewarm at best and the coke is disgusting. It tastes like their syrup ratios are turned to the absolute minimum, I have a few sips and then toss it. Spend a few extra minutes to drive to one of the other locations.

Service sucks stood at the counter and the person kept looking at me walking by got no help at all what’s the point of having a cash register if no one works it
Literally had a LIVE fly inside my orange juice, don’t understand how they didn’t see that before they served me.
Also, drive through staff are very untrained, every single time I try to order, they don’t enter the correct items and I need to repeat myself 2-4 times. As a former McDonald’s worker, this place is very low quality

My order was wrong and half the food was cold. At the first window they wanted me to pay for someone else's order and at the second they didn't know which drink to give me.

The food I received does not look edible. So much grease. A crispy chicken should be crispy not a sponge of grease. I will not be eating it

went in the drive-through just for a cup of tea. The employee would not take Lane one. Eventually, I went inside and asked why they weren’t taking that lane and the manager said it might’ve been a sensor issue so she would help inside. ended up waiting about 10 minutes altogether for a single cup of tea not even to be ordered because they had no sense of urgency. why do all locations in this area have poor customer service ?

THE WORST customer service of all time, the two females at the 2nd windows attitudes were absolutely disgusting to see, it makes me feel bad for the people who work with them. They each Gave me attitude because they tried to give me someone else’s order that wasn’t mine.
I’m not surprised they only have three stars, these employees run, wild and talk to customers however, they please, there is no accountability and no Professionalism, if your order is right, which is very rarely, you will never get a court, courteous person at the window or at the counter, they really need to fire them all and start over

What a mess. It's apparent that this franchise location is poorly managed. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. It took 20-30 mins to get through the drive thru for what I thought was going to get a quick treat while running errands. After my form of payment was finally taken, it still took several minutes to receive my order - just a drink.
Furthermore, I tried paying with a $50 but it was refused (presumably because they were busy and wanted to retain smaller bills for the remainder of their early 4pm rush). I understand having to maintain a cash drawer so it is somewhat of reasonable request but still annoying and I paid by cc instead.
The BIGGEST ISSUE I had today is when I produced a credit card at their request and it immediately disappeared from my view at the drive thru window for several minutes. If I find out that my credit card has been compromised, the employees at this location is are the primary suspect(s). Any form of payment provided should never leave the customer's sight and there's no excuse for it.
As a positive note, 1 or 2 employees were clearly attempting to keep it together but this was overall a horrible experience. Total chaos.
