Short-staffed but the waitress that was working was very nice and had a good attitude. She was very talkative kind. The food was also delicious, especially the mac n cheese. Would definitely go here again.

Stopped by with my girlfriend early on a Saturday afternoon for a bite to eat and a beer (Mar9) . They were having trivia contest that day so the only place to sit was the bar. My girlfriend and I were quietly looking through the menu and I quietly asked her if she saw nachos. The manager overheard this and absolutely lost his temper with me. He says "the sign out front doesn't say Mexican Cantina does it!!!?" He then proceeds to rant about how this is an authentic Irish establishment. Strangely enough, he recommends we have the Irish egg rolls as if somehow that's authentically Irish. Probably sensing that he'd been a jerk, he makes up for it by pestering us every 5 minutes on how the egg rolls were. This place is just another Bland wannabe bar in a rundown strip mall with a pretentious rude attitude. The jackass manager just had to work extra hard to make me feel like a fool in front of my girlfriend. We will never be back.

Food was great, never had an empty glass, and tvs had something for everyone without being so loud you couldn't hear the person sitting next to you.

Everything about this place is awesome to me. It's a cozy gem tucked right off Hewitt! We ordered the fish and chips and the smokin blues burger (sorry if that's not the name, and the quality is better than any Red Robin or big burger joint I've been. Very solid bartenders also!! If you're in the area itching for a pint, I'd definitely recommend you drop in.Vegetarian options: They have vegan burgers, salads, and a few other veg choices

Some of the waitstaff if just horrible. Jenn is a damn joke.
Stopped for Saturday lunch. A nice little spot. Not too busy. Plenty of sports on TV. The bartender was running the whole joint. He had three at the bar and three tables. He did spectacularly. Better than most waitstaff I've seen lately. Friendly. On the ball. Helpful. He mentioned that he had a special on loaded potato soup. On a drizzly December Saturday, we were sold. Bowls, please. Delicious. We followed with salads. I opted for the Michigan salad; mixed greens, dried cherries, Granny Smith apples, and gorgonzola cheese. I added grilled chicken and subbed in balsamic for the original raspberry vinaigrette. It was loaded up and delish. I had to take half home. The hubs got the BIG salad, which was basically a loaded up chef salad, with bleu cheese dressing. He liked it, but I think he regretted not ordering mine. It's definitely a stop we will make again

A very nice humble place! Crab cakes at an Irish place? Yes. Surprise! Drinks are strong and so are the staff. Walk in and talk to anyone, don't have to be a quiet mouse.

I've been here many times when in A2. Never miss an opportunity to have a couple pints and watch whatever sports are on the tube.
