Management as of 215 pm on 01/28/23 is rude and disrespectful, cursed me out and hung up on me several times and wouldn't proved me her name, and also she had her employees hang up on me as well and not give her name. Last night I was over charged 2$ and that was supposed to be part of my drivers tip, well I called today to explain, well who ever said that it's not their problem its night shifts, and also told me that I didn't get shorted 2$ when Clearly I did, see pictures... so please double check everything when ordering online from here, not my first bad experience ordering on-line... sad.. UP DATE well even though I had this one problem , the food is still good and the pizza i just got is the best, atleast Mr pizza does what you ask on the food, happys pizza doesn't, they just do it the way they want to. 10-30-25.

I just ordered the ultimate fajita bread. My friends previously ordered this at a gathering and I wanted to try it. I figured I would order it and request no chicken because I am a vegetarian. In my online order I asked if I could have no chicken and if instead I could add jalapeños (another vegetable)? I then receive a call from a woman employed at Mr. Pizza saying there are no substitutions allowed and I would be charged extra. Even after verbalizing that I am a vegetarian , I am asked again if I want the chicken removed and that it will cost extra for the jalapeños. Fine. But in my thoughts I'm like seriously I downgrade from a premium topping to a veggie because I'm a vegetarian and there is no way to accommodate that. It is just not sitting well with me. The immensity of my disappointment can't be understood.

Longtime customer. First time at this location. Was extremely surprised that the food quality and service is the same as other locations-or so I initially thought…… I ALWAYS get honey BBQ tossed wings at any of the locations I have previously tried which have been the locations on Haggerty and Washtenaw.. 1000% will be calling them tomorrow because after eating my first wing, my mouth was on fire. I specifically always get honey barbecue because I am sensitive to spicy food. This definitely was not honey barbecue possibly chipotle barbecue I’m not sure but besides that my wait time was minimal just like the other locations.
Will be calling tomorrow so I can speak with management about my order and depending on the response I receive I will review and possibly edit my rating at this location

I've only been here twice, but I'm already impressed with their quality, price, and variety they offer. Their pizza and toasted sandwiches are absolutely divine, and I'm looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu! I highly recommend checking them out if you haven't already.
