I am a delivery driver and I picked up an order from here tonight. The woman working the front was very rude. The order wasn’t ready when I got there so I read through their menu trying to figure out why they have a bunch of pizza boxes stacked, but don’t actually serve pizza at least not on their menu. I also noticed that it says they accept bridge cards and sell fresh seafood among other things. The seafood is in a clear case and it is all frozen. When she started bagging up orders, I noticed one of them she bagged was mine and I told her such she told me that I had to wait until she was done bagging all of those orders before she would give it to me. When I finally got the bag, she told me I had to mark the order as picked up and I hit the button and had to take a picture of the receipt as I was taking the picture. She then got snappy with me and told me she had to see me do it I told her that I was but I had to take a picture. Then she told me that me sitting there and staring at her for 15 minutes did not help anything along. I told her that I am not getting paid by the hour. I’m getting paid by the order and I’m not getting paid to just stand there and wait. I actually have a screenshot of the conversation I was having with the customer telling them that their order was taking long that says it was only six minutes, not 15. On top of that as I was leaving, she told me to never take an order there again I would honestly never want to eat gas station fried chicken, but especially not from a place like this. It all looked dry and gross and the staff there are absolutely terrible. I still have absolutely no idea why they have pizza boxes because they do not serve pizza.

I really liked the fish, we split the tilapia and ocean perch. Perfectly fried; really tasty. The fries were also excellent, nice and crisp but not over done.

Love this place get it all the time. Chicken is great, especially the boneless stuff, fish is OK but not outstanding and fries are great. They close and stop taking orders more than an hour before it states they close which is dissatisfying.

The manager Tim waited on me, very polite and professional. It was ready on time and was able to enjoy a fresh meal before my next service call. The food was perfect. Of course fried food will be soggy if you don’t pick up on time or keep it sitting trapped in its own steam. That’s what happens when you get freshly cooked food, common sense. When in the area I will be a returning because of Tim and food quality.

I ordered online 20 piece wing, mac, an cheesecake then went into the store an only received part of my order. Why was I still charged for food I didn't receive???
This was the first NuWave location I tried and I fell in love with it. Just like all the others, this location was great and had good service.

Ordered a f12 for f8. Called to talk to them and got a rude lady who blamed it on me. Told me it was my fault. Then she hung up on me. Told me to call @10 I called just now and the manager was rude as well. Didn’t care that his employee was rude and didn’t care that the order was wrong. Told me to bring it back in and he would replace it butt family ate it for dinner. He said he can’t do anything for me since we ate it. I was more concerned about the rudeness of both of them not caring and never said I’m sorry. He ended up giving me $6 off my next order but never took my name down so not sure how they will know. The food is great the customer service is horrible. Won’t be ordering from there for a while.:( very disappointed.
