Ordered a f12 for f8. Called to talk to them and got a rude lady who blamed it on me. Told me it was my fault. Then she hung up on me. Told me to call @10 I called just now and the manager was rude as well. Didn’t care that his employee was rude and didn’t care that the order was wrong. Told me to bring it back in and he would replace it butt family ate it for dinner. He said he can’t do anything for me since we ate it. I was more concerned about the rudeness of both of them not caring and never said I’m sorry. He ended up giving me $6 off my next order but never took my name down so not sure how they will know. The food is great the customer service is horrible. Won’t be ordering from there for a while.:( very disappointed.

I ordered fish (cod) and chips, order was on time, the fries were good but the fish was terrible, 2 fish sticks, threw away, their tartar sauce (out of a packet) also terrible. Wasn't even close to the photos on their website.

Bre’Ahjae and Bre’Nea has the best customer service I’ve experienced in soooo long, food great and the atmosphere is always clean and organized. I recommend lemon pepper wing dings always!

Clean, friendly, good, fast, affordable. The folks at the counter are always nice. I usually get the tenders and fries. Honestly the kids 2 piece is the perfect amount for me. I order online and pickup usually which makes everything super smooth. The gas station this Nu Wave is in is very nice as well.

Ordered online for a friend and I. I asked for no fries, but dinner came with slaw that neither of us got. Chicken was hard, and my shrimp tasted like fish. No tartar sauce... I don't know if I caught you guys on a bad day, but you gotta keep up the consistency! And clean up the lot! Food and sauce in the lot is a bad look.whomever is responsible, pass that on! Next time if there is one, I'll just come in.

I just want to know if you frying the people with foodstamps in old grease .You making them wait longer for there food and people should be able to call in it should be made fresh like the rest and people should not have to wait over. 20 minutes for you to forget there order and pass them up for people who came in at the same time or later than them
