This place looks a bit shabby but do not be deceived bc it is delicious and the only acceptable pho in the Ann Arbor/Ypsi area. The broth is exceptional and portions are great.
First time at Pho House and it’s not bad! I had the egg rolls and beef pho and every bit of it reminded me of a home cooked meal. The broth isn’t as flavorful as what I’m used to but that’s what the condiments are for. Service was quick and easy and the menu was straightforward. Over the speakers you’re able to hear video game music which was pleasantly surprising!
Firstly I love giving good reviews to local places that are great. I’m obsessed with Pho and when I spotted the Pho House while visiting a dealership near by I knew we had to go. I was so excited and had such high hopes!
We weren’t sure at first they were open because it looks a little rundown in the parking lot and then there was only two cars parked in the back out of sight.
We walked in to an empty restaurant and about a minute or two later out walks a lady. She says “carry out or dine in” very harshly and sounding very annoyed.
We both said “dine in” and she said “find a seat I’ll be with you when I can.” Totally fine as maybe there’s carry out orders and it’s too much. So we went to sit down.
While walking by my fiance asked if he could grab the menus for us to look at while we waited since it was going to be a bit. She responded “Don’t touch those, I WILL bring them to you.” Once again she sounded so annoyed and like we were a major problem coming in.
I had sat down and looked at him and we ultimately decided to leave.
No one wants to eat at a place they feel they’re a problem for coming in.
Highly disappointed. Was really hoping to find a new pho place within reasonable driving distance.
I will say the place was cute and the decorations were nice.
their iced coffee & veggie noodles are delicious
Service was not that great or friendly. Restraunt needs a remodel. It was very quiet, no music playing in the background. Food was okay. Prices were good though

When you want to go to a place where it's about the food, go here, great Pho, food and pretty much a sure thing to enjoy whatever you don't finish. Great place been going there for years, this is my #1 Asian Cuisine Resturaunt I'm Ypsilanti, and has still yet to be outdone by anyone.
Parking: Parking along the outer perimeter of the business. Sometimes near the building depending on how busy it is.

The opening hours are incorrect and you won’t get served an hour before closing. Ridiculous.
They heaped my "vegetarian" pho high with beef, and missed every ingredient except one in my boyfriend's food. They got mad when we complained, were very argumentative and told us to just leave and not come back. It was a very bizarre experience.

I drove past here for a last second pho craving. I didn’t get to sit because I arrived 40 min before closing and didn’t want to be that guy. I could hear staff cleaning the kitchen in the back with obvious cleanup taking place- Love that, always nice too have a clean place too eat. The pho is made with great broth, NOT made with instant packets. I do prefer the round egg noodles too the flat however , now we are splitting hairs. They didn’t have limes ( however ) they did have lemons which I’d say is arguably better. I always love adding LOTS of limes or lemons too my pho, and they didn’t charge me extra for my excessive side of lemons. Prices are great. I’d like to come back to sit if I had time. Vibes seem fine. Good feng shui which I understand is Chinese but , I’m just saying.

My Pho house visit was the result of a last minute pho craving and a search thru nearby reviews. I had summer rolls along with my large 3 beef pho: brisket, flank steak pho and ?. The rolls were good ( I rarely don't like them) the pho was OK. There was lots of it but I'm big on broth and it wasn't all there for me and also basil fried rice. The rice was good. This probably comes down to pho preferences. For me I'd say 3.5 stars just based on this one time
