By far (and it's by a large margin) the most lazy and unprofessional staff in southeast Michigan. They are consistently out of basic menu items. And they routinely quit working an hour before closing every day.The owner need to fire the entire staff and start over; this place is an embarrassment.

I went to this Popeyes on 1/21/25 at 1:20 pm no mild chicken until tomorrow 7 minute wait on Mac and cheese the lady at the window said her name is Brittany / the manager was on the phone I said yall always outta something she said well don’t come back so very unprofessional give me old chicken after they didn’t have mild

Very aggravating each time I order online here around 10:30pm, the food says it'll arive in an hour. Popeyes will cancel the order saying the store is about to close at like 11:25pm, the store doesn't close till 12pm. This has happened 3 times now. There is no reason why I shouldn't be getting my food, when the store doesn't close for another 45 minutes.

completely messed my order up... I ordered a sandwich, mac, fries, and biscuit, and instead gor two bowls of potatoes and two boxes of wings. tried calling and I got some weird message with random numbers being said and then was hung up on.

Food is great do not get me wrong. I was looking forward to it after a pistons game and i placed my pickup order for 11:30 at 11:12 and as soon as we rolled up those lazy bums said they were closed half an hour before they were supposed to which is the entire reason I’m leaving my first google review.

Asked for all dark meat and was told no cuz what about other customers.... don't they have people there to cook the chicken when it get low?? 🤔

I went to the drive thru. They didn't have over half the items I asked for without even giving a time limit of when they would or not. Frustrating, so I said forget it, cancel the order, and have a great day. Then, I went next door to Taco Bell instead.

DO NOT COME TO THIS POPEYES IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, there is plenty of other fast food around, trust me.

Truly the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I wish I could sum this up better to save readers time. Drive thru wasnt responsive after waiting for 5 minutes. I had to go inside to get any service, noticed my app order was in a line of unread/unmanaged receipts spewing from the counter machine. Even though there were 5+ workers only two were working while the others walked around ranting about random things. It took 5 minutes to get anyone to come up to the counter to help me and the other 3 people there. One staff member started preparing my food and said he needed 7 minutes for the blackened tenders, he then left the store with a backpack and I never saw him again. After 12 more minutes I was able to get another worker to help with my order, which I had to fully repeat and they THEN started making. To finish it all off my order was almost completely wrong, incorrect type of chicken, sauce, and they didnt give me the dessert I paid for (I guess I should have triple checked). It sucks this is the only popeyes near me.

Absolute worst restaurant ever. Ordered from this place twice and both times they managed to completely mess up my orders. Not a single item was correct. The wrong food that I did get looked abysmal and disgusting. On top of that, they took more than an hour to get my food ready. Will never be ordering from this trashy place again

My family loves Popeyes but this location in Ypsilanti is absolutely horrible and keeps messing up our order every time we go. Time to find a new location. We spent $35 on a bunch of food.. messed up the order and was served cold nasty food.

Most unprofessional Popeyes I’ve ever visited. Employee chilling in the back on lawn chairs, while on their cellphone, cursing going back and fourth between staff, they don’t accept $50 bills, attitudes between all employees, yelling, Durags, shower caps .. wth, who hired theses people ?
