The crew that was working when I went to pick up my meal was excellent. They went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed and if there was anything else they could get me. Great service

Waited in line for 10 minutes and didn't get no service while three people that were cooking listen to music and took care of one order last time I come back to this place and the place is empty

We have tried this Popeyes several times, but I have yet to experience my in app orders to be ready on time. I usually wait an extra 20 minutes while at the store. The food is never right. Something is always missing, I ordered two sandwiches and received one. We won’t be returning to this location at this point.

Tried to pick up an order at midnight, well 12:10. Their hours say they are open until 1am. Went through the drive through they said they were closed? Wasted gas, time, and money.

Ate lunch here today. Early lunch 11:30. Food was fresh hot and delicious. That's not where they shined today.... Shae waited on us and was phenomenal. What made it superb was her happy smile and over eagerness to make my dining experience the best it could be. We will be back!

i would give this place zero stars if i could. i placed a mobile order, ended up waiting 20 minutes for it, and then i got home and realized that they gave me bone in instead of boneless which wasn't what i ordered. they also forgot two of the extra sauces that i paid for. extremely disappointed

I just had the worst customer service experience ever. I waited in the drive-through for about five minutes and finally said, “Hi?” The server replied, “Just one second.” Okay, fine. But after several more minutes, he came back and told me he started cleaning and forgot about me. He didn’t apologize—he just jumped straight into “How can I help you?”

Then, when I drove up to pay, he was on his phone. I waited about a minute for him to even take my card, and when he finally did, he didn’t look up from his phone. Same thing when he handed my card back.

I’m a server myself, and I never complain about people in food service because I know how tough the job can be, especially with rude customers. But this young man really made me break my own rule. :(

For as slow as this place is, the pick up process for our mobile order was very disappointing. No greeting, very gruff questions when we were addressed, and no graciousness for our business.

If I could give zero stars I would! While ordering, the employees were laughing and constantly asking me to repeat myself. They then told me that they don’t have fries, cheese, or bacon because they close in TWO hours. I expressed how I felt about them being disrespectful while I was ordering and they continued to laugh. I ended up leaving. I will NEVER be back. I do NOT recommend this restaurant.

I have been here three or four times since I moved to town six months ago. Every time I have gone, I have waited 25+ minutes for my order. The last time I went here I asked why it was going to take so long to get a three-piece combo meal. They told me it was because they were going through a rush, but I was the only car in the parking lot/drive-through of the restaurant. This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. The food is usually fresh. I would hope so after I have to wait almost 30 minutes to get it.

Horrible service, wrong food, even after I went in and didn’t even make the correct food I asked for the second time, don’t go here
