Not very busy got seated took 15 minutes to get one drink. Received food not one time did the server stop and check if we needed anything. Paid for a endless drink only got one due to no server checking on us. We needed a second round of steak fries couldn't get them due to no server checking on us. This is the first time we've had horrible or lack of service. This location needs to do better.

Our server Marcos was amazing! Super personable and warm while also giving us space to enjoy our meal. He struck a great balance. The host who sat us, Sammy, was also super warm and friendly. Food and drink was delicious as always. The manager who talked to us was kind of cold, didn’t seem to actually care if we were having a good experience. I think every table in the restaurant is important and he seemed to care more about the tables around us. Marcos and Sammy are the ones getting 5 stars.

Great food! Jessica was a great host and helped us decide on what burger to experience. Everyone in my group was impressed with the burger and sides. Don’t forget to get and appetizer and dessert if you saved room. We will be back and look forward to trying some of the other burger options.

Usually, this location is great. However, tonight I was served cold fries that had clearly been sitting out for some time before being served. When I tried to have the issue resolved, I was told the kitchen had already closed. I would have appreciated being informed that the kitchen wasn’t fully operational before ordering, rather than receiving a half-cold meal. Again, this place is typically excellent, but tonight’s experience felt disappointing and somewhat unprofessional

Great staff, fries were a little to soft but the burger and mozzarella sticks were very yummy. The onion rings are good but they are very crunchy. Drinks could have been refiled a little more but they were on the busy side.

Came here for dinner before hitting the biggest concert at Michigan Stadium! (Zach Bryan)

Good menu, lots of options. Kaye served us well, the manager also came around and chatted for a bit. Food was good. I got the scorpion spicy boneless wings - could have used a bit more sauce, a tad bit dry. But the taste was good. Good selection of beers (had to use a card though to see what was available on draft). Started with queso fundido - good amount of spice, good flavour, chips are salty and work well with the dip.

Just wasn’t offered water at all and my son didn’t like the garlic fries (but I did) - overall, it was a good time and good dinner. Give it a shot!

Tables dirty at times when seated and underneath needs swept. Always garbage underneath. Overall fav Red Robin around.

Only issue arose from having the wrong pc on our table. Tried to pay and it would not let me. Then we could not get the attention of a waitress to help us. The manager came by and fixed the problem. I am greatful for her. So I would suggest that that the waitress staff keep thier eyes open to patrons trying to wave 👋 them down.

I’m starting to see a trend about Ypsilanti, Michigan, great food! I’m from Canada so I’ve never been to a Red Robin. To me it’s an American style eatery that specializes in burgers. The hamburger was delicious, fresh and juicy. Here’s the best part, bottomless sides. That notion is insane but true. I loved the food. We were so impressed with how many different staff stopped by to check in on our experience. You will leave so happy. Totally got a great family vibe, genuinely nice folks.
