Love the staff here. We've become regulars partially because they started recognizing and welcoming us :) that's always awesome when the staff seems to be having a good time at work and it shines on us too when we visit. Love the staff that works the bar area away from the kiddos. Great food, nearly always accurate for my picky eating fam (or willing to make it right easily), checks in often for refills. I can't say the exact same for the entire restaurant -- the kids area away from the bar is not my preference. If you're a childless adult group just looking for a good dinner, request the bar area.

Tonight our waitress brought us a cup of EVERY SINGLE SAUCE (that didn’t require up charge) to try. She was AWESOME!! I absolutely LOVE the wait staff at this Red Robin!!!

Make sure you go for their lunch specials! A margarita burger and fries. 12 bucks! They have kind wait staff and not crowded during those hours. 😋

Red Robin? More like Red RAW-bin. I’ve given Red Robin multiple chances, but after my third bad experience, I’m officially done. I went with four other people, and we all ordered our burgers well done. When they arrived, they were practically raw inside—not just one, but every single one of them. This isn’t the first time, either. This is the third visit where we’ve had to send burgers back because they were severely undercooked.
It’s clear that there is a serious lack of attention to customer requests and food safety. For a place that specializes in burgers, consistently undercooking them is completely unacceptable. The fact that this keeps happening shows either a lack of training or a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Sadly, I won’t be coming back. If you like your food cooked properly the first time, I suggest going elsewhere.

If you're looking for a restaurant that wants to earn your business, go somewhere else. I sat at the bar waiting for someone to ask if I would like something to drink or, at the very least, offer me a menu, but neither happened. The reason being the bartender was too busy engaged in a conversation with her friend on the customer side of the bar and didn't even acknowledge me. Mind you, I was 3 get away.

Any time I come to this location the service is always down the drain. I watch my finished food sit on the counter for 10+ minutes. My bottomless drinks are two sips and 90% ice. Refills on fries, drinks or what have you? Forget about it, you'll see your server maybe three times during your visit. When it comes time for the check... I have enough time to write a chapter for a new book before it shows up.

Some of the music was just " ok " for a sports bar.
Lots of " popular music " with limited atmosphere added.
That however is the state of the disfunctional music industry & personal taste in music.
So only 4 stars for atmosphere.
I prefer classical symphony music or Classic old school Rock & Roll.
Food, service, staff was exceptional in nature.
Bathrooms were very clean and so was the restaurant so overall pleasing exsperience.
