Got there wasn’t even greeted and they don’t even explain how anything works there. Scared to ask for help with the attitudes there. The prices are ridiculous lol literally they got such an easy job to make a pizza and forgot a couple of the toppings, not only that food came cold. Go to play games and we spent $20 just for only two of the games to work!!! Like what?? If I could I would’ve gotten a refund for the circus they performed. My favorite part is they brag on their drinks and I ask for a lemon drop martini which is ON THEIR MENU the bartender asks what that is lmao what a joke

A hidden 14% "dining charge" when you just order drinks at the bar. That's a scam.

Edit: there Is no signage saying that it's in lieu of a tip or that it even exists at all. The bartender did not mention it, and there is a spot on the receipt to leave a tip. Scam

This place is a hidden gem. I've been driving by this place for years and never knew it was so cool inside. 3 bars, two arcades, bowling ,Putt-Putt, laser tag.. much more as well. The food is really really good too. All the workers were really nice, I met one lady named Felicia she was really really nice. Definitely going back here!

Reading reviews about this place did not prepare me for a restaurant inside a giant arcade building. The food was good for a place like this. They have a no tipping policy so the cost of your food is your cost. You order from a kiosk and then take a seat while they bring you your food. But I wasn’t prepared for the arcade surrounding the restaurant which was a nice unexpected bonus.

Vegetarian options: The cheese flatbread was very good.

Parking: Plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: It’s surrounded by a giant arcade, ninja park, go karts, mini golf, laser tag and more.

Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators to all floors, parking lot has plenty of spaces.

My husband and I visited BIG for the second time yesterday. We had a great date night. We ate at Rocko’s bar and grill, our server was Sam. She was great!

My husband liked the ordering system. We ordered by using the computers by the host/hostess. Then you pay with them, and they let you pick where to sit and your food is delivered to you!

We didn’t know a robot would bring our food out to us, so that was a nice surprise. The food was also great. I got the southwest egg rolls ( the cute heart stick was a great touch) the five cheese cheesy bread, and my husband got the fish tacos. We will definitely be back again.

No direction in what to do. The "hostess" acted like she couldn't be bothered in telling us how to order food or wanted to help us in any questions we had. Will not go back

1st visit here on a Tuesday for pizza buffet advertised as $9.99 per person. They add a" 14percent dining charge " to your bill, then charge the sales tax. 2 people with 2 buffets and 1 soft drink totaled $27.57. And the pizza was so-so. Nothing to write home about

Our service was awful. Our drinks were in correct and one of our drinks never made it to the table but was charged for it. Don’t waste your time dining here.

B.I.G. is a great place for gamers and foodies alike. They offer a wide variety of games, and their restaurant, Rocko's Bar and Grill, has delicious food, especially the chicken tacos. I highly recommend checking it out, even if you're not into games.

Have been taking our boys to Big and found this place. Steve is an excellent bartender, Felicia brings great energy! They both hustle and make that bar run smooth, also make awesome margaritas. We bring the boys more often to Big so we can come to this bar, the food is pretty darn good also.

Fried food wasn't very crispy. Mozzarella sticks and tenders tasted like what I can buy in the frozen food section of the grocery store. Weird hot peppers served with the flat bread pizza. Not allergy or kid friendly.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly
