This location has wonderful employees, but the management and directors SUCK. It’s VERY unprofessional to cut STUDENT hours, especially with NO NOTICE. Also, it’s VERY funny that they did not cut their management hours, but still cut their employees. How funny is that. Watching their student employees struggle to survive in college while they drive home to their two story houses. Please, try to spend your money elsewhere.

The people (all student staff?) are amazing, but the coffee is the worst I’ve ever had. I ordered a double-shot brown sugar shaken espresso, and it tasted like water. The WORST WORST. Whichever management is supplying recipes/ingredients needs to step it wayyyyyyy up.

Beth, the barista, was super amazing! I got there a few minutes before they opened and she let me come in and set up my computer and get comfortable. She chatted with me for a minute and totally made my day so much brighter! The store was also well put together and created the perfect atmosphere for class. I didn't eat anything, but the drink was amazing!

In these trying times a man must make a choice. Where to spend the hard earned coin in my pocket? Choice being made, I delivered my gold to the hard working and pleasant woman at the U of O Campus Starbucks. They were out of short cups. A Command Decision was made by the aforementioned woman. I received my coffee in a small cup. No muss no fuss. A man is pleased. A cold morning out there today. A man is most grateful. Valar Morghulis. **** For some reason this review is for Ypsilanti. I come here every single morning and they never disappoint. They're friendly, even when rushed and busy, and haven't made a single mistake with my drinks or food. The place has an awesome atmosphere and you can tell the employees are involved with what goes on. The decor is always creative for different holidays and I love sitting in here before classes start. Amazing job!Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and they're always very careful about making sure that my drinks don't have any kind of milk in them. They ask about whipped cream every time, without fail, if I express that I want a different kind of milk.

Charged $1 for a splash of coconut milk in my iced coffee. Asked about it and was told by the employee "sometimes they charge and sometimes they don't"I wish I could order my own through the Starbucks app at this location.

Absolutely horrible service. Overpriced drinks and mismanaged staff. Halfway through finishing my drink i discovered a hair in it. No words. Wow!

A lot of reviews roasting the employees here, but overall they are pleasant and friendly. As far as the drinks go, it can be a hit or miss sometimes with this location, since the baristas are mostly students. It would be nice if we could use the rewards app though.

The general workers at this starbucks deserve recognition. They are very hard working, and considerate. However, that experience was ruined by an interaction with a manager I had at the register. I believe her name was Beth. She was just very rude with me. As a Starbucks partner, I can understand that times get stressful, especially when short staffed. However, I am always conscious to treat the customers with respect, as it is not their fault. Treating customers with hospitality is crucial when working at Starbucks, however I felt the opposite when I had my order taken at the register…all in all, the general workers are very friendly, at great at what they do, however the management needs improvement…
