There have been three times now where the same barista has refused to make me a frappe. No matter the time there is always some excuse she has as to why she can’t make one. Today at 9 am in the morning she says “this is the last frappe I’m making sorry”. I wouldn’t care so much if this was the first time she has refused. But it is now the third time.

The fact that they open at 7am and there 8 no one working from 7-8am is ridiculous. This is the 6th time. If the person needs something from the back why don't they grab there items prior to there shift.

This is the worst Starbucks I have been too. Consistently terrible, disgusting even. I’ve thought long and hard about this, there is one other Starbucks that doesn’t even try but Whittaker rd inside Kroger won the terrible tournament. They suck the worst, I am saddened that they are the closest to my work. Will be making the commute to Belleville rd moving forward.

Extremely aggravated at the barista. I asked her if she could remake my coffee because it was stone cold. She argued with me that the creamer made it cold. I asked for 4 creams, how does it make a large coffee stone cold? My daughters and I come to this specific Starbucks a few times a week. My interaction with this woman was rude, and she goes "what do you want me to do about it" I asked her to remake the coffee because I'd like it to at least be warm and she said putting cream in would just make it cold again so she would NOT make me a new one, I ended up throwing it away, I'm not drinking cold coffee. I have NEVER had coffee creamer make my coffee stone cold unless half the cup is creamer. I'm so disappointed. We will not be back and will seek out another store to go to, where the employees aren't so freakin rude. Her bad attitude was terrible, giving me dirty looks because I wanted my coffee fixed is disgusting.
