This is the worst Starbucks I have been too. Consistently terrible, disgusting even. I’ve thought long and hard about this, there is one other Starbucks that doesn’t even try but Whittaker rd inside Kroger won the terrible tournament. They suck the worst, I am saddened that they are the closest to my work. Will be making the commute to Belleville rd moving forward.

Extremely aggravated at the barista. I asked her if she could remake my coffee because it was stone cold. She argued with me that the creamer made it cold. I asked for 4 creams, how does it make a large coffee stone cold? My daughters and I come to this specific Starbucks a few times a week. My interaction with this woman was rude, and she goes "what do you want me to do about it" I asked her to remake the coffee because I'd like it to at least be warm and she said putting cream in would just make it cold again so she would NOT make me a new one, I ended up throwing it away, I'm not drinking cold coffee. I have NEVER had coffee creamer make my coffee stone cold unless half the cup is creamer. I'm so disappointed. We will not be back and will seek out another store to go to, where the employees aren't so freakin rude. Her bad attitude was terrible, giving me dirty looks because I wanted my coffee fixed is disgusting.
An okay Starbucks that gets the job done. My biggest and really only critique is that I cannot pay with the Starbucks app. I realize this is out of their control, as it is inside a Kroger, but it is still frustrating.

I didn’t know half off Thursday’s meant you will only get half of your cup filled…I was already home before I realized they gave me an entire venti cup of ice.I couldn’t even wedge my straw inside the cup.
