just wanted to get a drink after shopping around target yes they were a little busy but not too bad asked for a vent pink drink with 2 scoops matcha light ice and extra fruit never had a problem with ordering at any other starbucks the employee seemed to give me attitude and did not seem to want to be there neither employee seemed thrilled i get my drink to see there is matcha cold foam on top which i did not ask for i read the cup and there’s just light ice extra fruit and matcha written not “matcha cold foam” i used a gift card and now i lost out on it as they “do not give refunds” for drinks there is no sign posted anywhere that there’s no refunds and i didn’t want to deal with the employees anymore to get it re-made the whole experience made me uncomfortable and i will certainly never return to that location i am typically very patient and i’ve had a few occasions happen at starbucks before but never like this

I ordered a grande caramel brulee latte with excitement its BACK in season with the potato cheddar chive eggs. Give it up the barista that got my eggs right. The cashier caught a slight attitude because he couldn't hear me speaking. The girl that made my coffee made a small in my grande cup that was NOT extra hot per my request. I won't be back. If the simplicity of my order was too hard then whats the point!

Y'all don't know how to make a caramel frappe. I didn't want a coffee shot, and now it tastes bitter and flavorless. It's like I'm drinking straight black coffee with a slight taste of caramel flavoring.

This is for the Starbucks in target. The barista this afternoon had the absolute worst attitude from the second I stepped up to the counter. She was extremely snarky while taking my order and I didn't even order anything outlandish just a simple drink straight from the menu. She was acting as though it was very inconvenient for me to come up to the empty counter and interrupt her conversation or something. I was so put off by the whole experience that I'm not going to come back again because it was so unnecessarily unpleasant. I'm not one to write reviews but the attitude was excessive.

Everything I get something from this location they mess it up. I order a chi tea with cinnamon and get bitter coffee with whip...it literally is on the side for the cup what I ordered. The food is always cold. Would not recommend save your money.

The baristas here are amazing, kind, and accommodating. The people who come in here leaving one stars are the kind of people who scream and swear at food service workers. These baristas are great. Never had a negative experience in 5 years of patronage.

Ordered an Iced Brown sugar shaken espresso thru the drive thru this morning. When I received it I drove off and within 30 seconds of driving off and taking my first sip I had turn back because there was no syrup in there.I went inside the store and let the cashier know. They remade it and before leaving the store I checked it and before tasting I stirred it with a straw and noticed the milk was curdled . I once again reported it to the same cashier and she said “that’s just how it is.” I asked her what kind of Oatmilk they used she said “oatly.” I’ve managed a Starbucks and I personally use Oatly so I know what it should look like.I went to the Starbucks across the street in the target store and they remade it for me, and they made it correctly…no chunks/curdled oat milk.
