Nick at Starbucks was a total gem! His hilarious banter and quick wit made our visit unforgettable. He helped us craft a custom pumpkin spice drink that was spot-on, and his energy turned a simple coffee stop into a great memory. If you see Nick behind the counter, you’re in for a treat—both in your cup and in conversation.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Everyone has a side eye to give. They ignored me and few other customers and sadly I’ve been here twice before and gotten the same response. Third time is a charm I never step foot in this facility and if you’re a brown skinned person I would definitely stay away I witness the most cruel dialogue towards a brown skinned woman

Whoever the manager is was killin it Saturday. Very friendly and checking with all customers waiting for their order. Haven’t seen that before. I was impressed! 4 stars because what ordered they were out of once I came to pick up, however, she made it right.

Just in general I wish Starbucks had better sugar free options and it's honestly just not as good or strong as Biggby. This particular location I've repeatedly had issues with their suppliers truck purposely blocking me in my handicap spot and their manager has done nothing about it. I avoid this location whenever I can

Barista must have been having a bad day and taking It out on customers and my drrink was missing 25% of the drink including ice. Won't waste my time at this Starbucks, go across the street way better service and you'll actually get the full drink.

I placed my drink order ahead of time and arrived to pick it up 15 minutes later. Unfortunately, when I went through the drive-thru, my order was still not ready, despite there being no one else in line. The staff member reminded me to notify them at the speaker during my next order instead of pulling up to the window. However, I believe the focus should be on preparing drinks in a timely manner. It was disappointing to see a whole crew standing around doing nothing when I had already placed my order well in advance. Please improve on making drinks efficiently before trying to inform me of anything.

I asked what flavor of Frappuccino they can make and the employee rolled her eyes and said “Coffee”. She kept being rude. We left and went across the street to the other Starbucks where they were able to tell me a whole bunch of flavors and actually wanted to do their job.

Those girls don't know how to make coffee. Besides, I paid for a large coffee and they gave me a small one, and that wouldn't matter if they were at least a little nice.

Most definitely the shift. Sunday evening half of our drinks were foam. I questioned and they just told me yea that's how it is. I've had same drink plenty of times never like that.

just wanted to get a drink after shopping around target yes they were a little busy but not too bad asked for a vent pink drink with 2 scoops matcha light ice and extra fruit never had a problem with ordering at any other starbucks the employee seemed to give me attitude and did not seem to want to be there neither employee seemed thrilled i get my drink to see there is matcha cold foam on top which i did not ask for i read the cup and there’s just light ice extra fruit and matcha written not “matcha cold foam” i used a gift card and now i lost out on it as they “do not give refunds” for drinks there is no sign posted anywhere that there’s no refunds and i didn’t want to deal with the employees anymore to get it re-made the whole experience made me uncomfortable and i will certainly never return to that location i am typically very patient and i’ve had a few occasions happen at starbucks before but never like this

So, I'm going to start by saying this… as a state Michigans competence and comprehension bar is the absolute LOWEST I've ever seen in my 35 yrs of life. But they have the racism down pack!
I ordered a grande caramel brulee latte with excitement its BACK in season with the potato cheddar chive eggs. Give it up the barista that got my eggs right. The cashier caught a slight attitude because he couldn't hear me speaking. The girl that made my coffee made a small in my grande cup that was NOT extra hot per my request. I won't be back. If the simplicity of my order was too hard then whats the point!

Y'all don't know how to make a caramel frappe. I didn't want a coffee shot, and now it tastes bitter and flavorless. It's like I'm drinking straight black coffee with a slight taste of caramel flavoring.
