It's better then it was, not as well as arborland or carpenter rd.

The baristas here are amazing, kind, and accommodating. The people who come in here leaving one stars are the kind of people who scream and swear at food service workers. These baristas are great. Never had a negative experience in 5 years of patronage.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian choices.Kid-friendliness: My son loves it here! He always wants to hang out the window to say “Hi” to the baristas.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out for mobility aids.

I ordered a caramel macchiato and it just tasted like watered-down milk. I feel like they’re made differently every time I come here and it’s really disappointing.

I’m so tired of waiting for up to an hour for my coffee minimum half hour every time the least they could do is update the app and let people know the accurate wait time.

Ordered an Iced Brown sugar shaken espresso thru the drive thru this morning. When I received it I drove off and within 30 seconds of driving off and taking my first sip I had turn back because there was no syrup in there.I went inside the store and let the cashier know. They remade it and before leaving the store I checked it and before tasting I stirred it with a straw and noticed the milk was curdled . I once again reported it to the same cashier and she said “that’s just how it is.” I asked her what kind of Oatmilk they used she said “oatly.” I’ve managed a Starbucks and I personally use Oatly so I know what it should look like.I went to the Starbucks across the street in the target store and they remade it for me, and they made it correctly…no chunks/curdled oat milk.

Please note this address is the TARGET Starbucks, not the standalone Starbucks across the street. This location does not have a drive-through, mobile order & pay, outdoor seating, or a 40-min wait unless maybe it's Christmas Eve. ? The reviews mentioning those things are referring to the location at 3650 Carpenter Starbucks, across the street.

I'm used to Starbucks frappes tasting like diluted syrup and chunks of ice, I only order them to see if they're really as bad as I remember them. The barista, Fatima, made the BEST Starbucks frappe I've ever had! It was blended so well it was creamy, and I could actually taste all the ingredients. This is the only Starbucks in Ypsi I think I will ever get frappes from.
Great coffee with my extra shots!! AND great service!!

Ordered early to grab coffee during my lunch break. Came back to work late. 40 minute wait time but the app says otherwise.

I go to this location frequently and I have to say, there’s a male worker there who’s name I don’t know, but every time I go through the drive thru, he is incredibly loud and obnoxious. Almost as if he’s trying to be a character. He’s so excitable he practically throws your food at you. I’m not sure if he’s trying to be funny but it’s incredibly off putting and unnecessary. I don’t think most people enjoy being screamed at in the mornings. I’ll probably be going to another Starbucks from now on. Not really sure I want to be forced to be quite that energetic and extroverted.

I enjoy my occasional overpriced coffee served with a smile.
