The atmosphere here was lovely! People on staff greeted us when we came in and when people left, too. There was a power outage on the entire street (movie theater down the street was affected too) but I didn’t hear any swearing when the lights went out and staff rolled with things and had positive attitudes which I really appreciated. The food tasted nice and place was clean.

Great food, great service! Why go anywhere else? The burgers are the best and the beef tallow fries are out of this world!!! It costs less than the competition and it is 10 times better! 5 stars!

I’m a regular at this Steak ’n Shake and let me tell you—they NEVER miss! Today I forgot to order my burger without a bun (gluten intolerance problems 😅), but Maya recognized me right away and caught it before it hit the grill. That kind of attention and care is rare these days.

The whole place is always clean, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. And the food? Delicious. I love that they fry their French fries...
