Condescending customer service, food, and unexplainable protein choices. Shredded beef was perfect before they changed to pork. Why not keep both? Highly unsatisfied.

Food wasn't so Good...tried it for the 1st time with the wife while she was admitted, It was either Qdoba or this place...we were feeling Mexican food. We decided to try something more authentic and went with this place, after the first bite both the wife and I said we should of gotten Qdoba instead considering they both cost around the same price.

Good food but they apparently turned off their food a few weeks ago so far theyve lost 4 sales from me im not gonna pay triple for food to have it made for me if i have to go in and sit abd wait if im gonna spend the time ill just make it myself so far they've lost about a dozen sales from me alone they lost another sale tonight because this is the only mexican in the state that wont place orders over the ohone why waste my time when the place down the road is happy to take my money

I literally hope nobody just ordered a vegetarian Nacho from here (10/15. @7:10pm) I placed my order about 15 minutes ago, arrive for pick up and my “STUFD” size nacho is a regular size nacho wit 3X’s the amount of chips. I open my box and there’s ingredients on my nacho that I didn’t request. I told the cashier who had no problem sending it back. The “COOK” on the other hand yells out “what’s wrong with it” I say “there’s corn in there sir, I didn’t order corn. Instead of an apology, he sloppily throws together ANOTHER HEAVILY CHIPPED nacho with an annoying amount of lettuce, even though I asked for “lite lettuce.” They had me my food and as I check this container, I see the cook and his buddy who has his ASS on a counter in the kitchen begin to PICK THE CORN OUT OF THE NACHO.. (again im hoping nobody ordered a vegetarian nacho at this time because you might have gotten my go back)..how disgusting is this???? I used to frequent this joint, never again.

I will take my money back over sitting there watching the cook make weird noises when asked why my order is still not ready, like Im some joke, and I get to wait more, enough time to wait for them to then refund my order -if you don't fit in their comfort zone here you are a joke, and they are 'entitled' to act any way they want especially if it makes you wait for their own amusement: I make an order for one burrito, I waited a few minutes then went to the corner store to get some snacks, I then waited for someone at that store to pay, then after I paid and got my items double-bagged I went back to Stufd to pick up ONE burrito -not ready. I ask why and the guy behind the counter asks the cook who then gets to make a bunch of weird noises joking about some b.s. then the counter guy comes back to the counter and says I still have to wait =hell yes I got a refund and spent my money elsewhere. Weird af, but people are supposed to be alienating towards customers they dont like, this is how things are run now, pathetic.
I would tell people if they make you wait or act weird towards you there dont expect it as a one time instance, they are 'entitled' to act any way they want with customers at Stufd.
i never regret getting food from here. my go-to is the california burrito with steak, delicious and stays warm even for take-out. def fills you up, sometimes i can't finish it.
their habanero hot sauce is incredible, as well as their salsa (not too hot but not too mild either). i wish chips were salted, but they go really well with the salsa. churros are great too but i don't get them often since the burrito is a calorie bomb.
service is always friendly and on-time. Affordable and delicious. what more could you ask for.

The food is good but their policies are NOT. After 2 years of getting phone orders and paying over the phone, they decided to tell me they don't allow it and never did. They better get their stories straight. I have always done it this way because my grandson picks it up after class. I'm sure losing one customer doesn't matter to them.
