One of the best subways in the area as far as Ypsilanti goes. My kids love this place and for 20 bucks you got a good amount of food or 30 bucks to get a really good amount of food. Southwest friendly into the point and got your sub made quickly. They also have both Pepsi and Coke products one in a fountain and one in the bottles but it's still they have both as unusual for any fast food place so I'm just glad that they have both products.

Ordered while walking to this Subway from a conference at Eastern and while I didn't expect my food to be made yet, they instead kept helping walk up even after I arrived.
When I finally got my food, they definitely skimped on my meat and cheese.
Pop cooler hadn't been stocked yet as I doubt they went through their entire Pepsi stock (had more in back, refilled it after serving me and I let them know it was empty).
No napkins in the bag either.

I love going to this subway, I come here often and the workers recognized me. The people who work there are amazing. This subway being in a plaza causes some unwanted traffic from individuals that subway cannot control. I was happily eating my sub when a man kept harassing me through the window and would not leave. The workers went outside and got the man to leave and proceeded to make sure I got to my car safe. I broke down in the subway because all I wanted to do was eat on my break. They comforted me and asked if I needed anything. Being a 22 year old woman student with no family near me this made me feel very protected. They told me this was a safe place for me to come if I ever feel danger in the area. I am emotional writing this due to their modest character. This is community!!! This definitely has brought me closer with their staff, as if they didn’t already know my order they have now see me in a scary place! They mentioned how business has been down due to the people outside of their business, please go inside and tell them because they cannot do anything till costumers say something. They will be happy to do something about it with the complaints. Thank you subway!!!

Attempted to deny service dog access, and tried to rip the service animals welcome sign off the door. Will be reporting to corporate.
Great service and staff at the Ysilanti Eastern Plaza. They were courteous, thoughtful, and fulfilled the order as asked and with their extra skills. Only four tables due to smaller store, but easy to find parking and sitting room.
Dietary restrictions: I have gluten allergies and it was easy to find items on the menu to accommodate my needs.
Parking: Easy to park in front of store. I parked farther for more steps, but plenty of flow and movement

This all that is left I smashed my food so fast lol when I tell you it was SOOOOO GOOD I mean that! I only order this location on grub hub when I’m at work and you guys are the best location around hands down! The food was perfectly made exactly as I would have wanted if I had came in person and hovered as you made it for me. I usually am disappointed when I get certain things because the ratios of sauce to meat to veggie is off but you guys nailed it perfectly and my lunch was really enjoyable for once. I appreciate you guys! Keep up the good work!

Expired food, non-hygienic food mouse in the bathroom bathroom were clogged food on the floor. Almost all the veggies were rotten and they were still serving. It need need a complaint to be filed to the city and Subway . This place needs to be shut down else, it will make people sick.
