Ordered online for delivery and received our subs untoasted with several missing items.
We went to the store and asked them if we could grab our missing items and have our subs retoasted or remade, since they were stone cold and had not been touched or opened.
We had a tough time communicating with the employee, who seemed to have problems communicating in English. There were no other employees available to help us, but the employee said yes to remaking our sandwiches. We waited patiently, but he proceeded to help several other customers before we asked if he would remaking the subs, to which he said no.
I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere. Mistakes happen, but the staff here will not do anything to help you when they do.

We got this delivered: 2 toasted footlong subs, 2 chips and 2 drinks. The delivery driver only gave us the sandwiches that were stone cold.
We drove to here to hopefully make things right. When presenting the problem to the employee, he printed the receipt and confirmed on the receipt the 2 sandwiches we ordered and we asked if they could be remade. He nodded his head.
We proceed to sit and wait ~30 minutes while 3 more customers come in and we again ask the employee if our sandwiches could be remade or at least retoasted as we could tell one of the subs didn't even have melted cheese so we know it wasnt toasted to begin with. The employee straight up just said no. All the while the other customer he was helping was getting visibly upset due to a language barrier and couldn't answer her questions.
No reheat, no apology, no nothing from the staff at this location. Soulless.
My partner and I will no longer eat at this location. Only good thing to eat here was the drink and chips. This was the greatest fumble of all time.

Man working was on his phone, air pods in. I said hello as I walked through the door, ignored. He seemed to be making an online order which is fine but as another customer walked in and was also ignored I was getting frustrated. He stood there and looked at all three of us and continued on the phone like he straight up didn’t give a damn. The customer walked out, we followed after. Two customers were walking in and we told them not to waste their time. After reading the other reviews it seems the owner of this location has set out the expectation for low establishment, food, and customer service.

Doesn't honor the posted hours. Employee stated they are open 830 -930 but would not service at 9pm. Worst thing a business can do it turn away paying customers during posted working hours. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Guys what…? I ordered the outlaw online with extra onions and peppers. Not only are there barely any onions and peppers, but you didn’t even put enough toppings to cover the bread. Shame on you. This is a poor excuse for a sandwich.

Ordered through the app, missing 1/3 of my order and additions on both sandwiches were missing. $9+ dollars paid for additional items that I did not receive. Calling the store is useless, it just rings and disconnects so I couldn't get any resolution to this issue. Dumped probably 2 tablespoons of pepper on each sandwich that made them both basically inedible. What a waste 🤦

There was only like one time where I thought the worker was high on something cause he did not hear what I said every like 2 words although it was amazing from all the other times I went I don't like how the cheese is covered now but that's okay cause service is good only for that one time. and food is soooo good its made with love I am telling uu

Not impressed. Whole store is just grungy. Not busy. No ice in dispenser. Had to try 3 different sodas to get one that tasted ok. Staff just ok. Sandwich and meal $4 more than other SW stores.

The store hours show opens at 10 am, I arrived at 10:50 and the open sign was on. Get out and the door was locked and there was a worker in there who just watched me get back in the car. I left and went to a better location
Ordered online. Arrived 30 minutes later and the sub had not even been started on. Had to wait another 15 for it. This has never happened at any other location before. Really just wanted a refund
Everything tasted old and stale but then I ordered a boss sub and didn’t get everything on it there was no sauce for the meatballs.. no double cheese.. no Parmesan it wasn’t good. I also had banana peppers and they tasted rotten. This place Might be hit or miss but there’s another subway up the road that has way better subs and I’ve never had issues with their food.
