I had a great time with Latrice the cashier she was very helpful , clean and polite I appreciate the great customer service ✨
Poor customer service and wrong order in pickup.
Don’t eat fast food that often but decided to give subway a try for the month. The foreign guy working at night needs to work on customer service.
Granted he was working alone but still the store wasn’t busy at all.

This place loves to steal from its customers. I placed an order and it arrived incomplete!!! I should pay more attention. This isn't the first time this has happened. The person who serves is terrible. He's always in a bad mood and thinks he has to close everything two hours before closing time. If you arrive two hours before closing time, you should expect terrible treatment and a bad attitude. Please don't order here. They'll steal your money.
I recently got 2 veggie patty sandwiches from this Subway location, and I really liked it. All the vegetables were fresh, veggie patty was tasty and the bread was fresh as well. Will definitely visit again.

To the foreign guy that was working tonight 9/27/25
Life sucks, I get it but when people are exchanging pleasantries with you and being respectful upon entering the store and all you could do was barely acknowledge them is very telling. It’s clear you were working by yourself and subway should be ashamed of themselves for putting the entire closing shift on one person, however I’ve worked in fast food before and never have I ever allowed my job to cause me to behave rudely to customers all because they want to order.
I watched you as people walked in saying hi and being very respectful yet you were cold, off in someplace else in your head. I get it but at the same time just quit if it’s causing you that much hatred for humanity. Get a job in tech, but stay away from customers. Your attitude alone would be cause for termination.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an excellent experience at Subway! The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly the way I like it, with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. The bread was warm and soft, the vegetables crisp, and the portions generous.
What I appreciated most was how quick yet attentive the service was—I never felt rushed, but everything was efficient. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, making it a great spot for a quick bite that still feels healthy and satisfying.
Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend

Two sips into my one year old eating the apple sauce they gave him we unfortunately realized it was expired. Asked for refund and an oatmeal cookie to see if he'd eat that. Gentleman apologized and said of course he'd give three cookies but then didn't give refund but charged me. Maybe small but if you cant manage expiration dates just shows how much you care.
A lady name Latrice is rube kept shaking her head the whole time taking mine and other people food and was really rube but when she knows someone who walks in she all nice to them and rolled her eyes the whole time as well.

I recently visited this Subway location and unfortunately had a negative experience. When I entered, I was not greeted or welcomed at all. The staff member was quite rude and barely spoke.
I asked him why he wasn’t talking and why I didn’t feel welcome, and he simply told me it was closing time. While I understand staff may be tired near closing, customers should still be treated with basic courtesy. At the end I even said thank you and good night. This guy Mohammed didn’t even acknowledge.
This experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I hope the management addresses this issue so other customers don’t feel the same way.

Haven’t been here in years and got some good coupons in the mail. Apparently they “don’t accept subway coupons at this location”.
Employee was rude, veggies weren’t fresh. Definitely won’t be back. Jersey Mikes is two blocks away and MUCH better in every way.
Seems odd to not accept a valid coupon FOR YOUR BUSINESS when there’s a sub shop on every corner these days and subway appears to be a declining company.

I work next door and have been several times. Always been hit or miss, but apparently now they don’t take coupons even though I have in the past? After reading other reviews, seems like it changes by the hour or however the staff feels that day. Pretty bad look to be inconsistent on a coupon worth a few bucks, that they are willing to turn away paying customers who maybe once a year have a coupon. Whoever is in charge needs to implement some sort of rules regarding this. I’ll never be back. Veggies looked old and soggy anyways. Might be a good idea to have some consistency regarding coupon policy rather than change by the day.
