The guy who made our food, Ben, is a saint. I managed to order 3x cheese on my tacos and he came and asked if I was being held back by the machine. When I said yes(mostly kidding but you can never have too much cheese) he walked off and came back with an extra container of both kinds of cheese. Best service ive ever gotten from a tacobell.

This Taco Bell has never fulfilled an order of mine correctly without doing it wrong first and me having to contact them. Remove your meat because you’re a vegetarian? Good luck, they’ll feed you it anyway. Remove onions because of an allergy?? Too bad, deal with it. Order an extra soda that isn’t with a meal? You don’t get that. How about straws for the drinks you do get, or even sauces? Nope. Avoid this place. Seriously. Especially if you value what you order. Go to the Taco Bell on State St, they actually do it right. It’s unfortunate that I got Delivery from here, because I try so hard to avoid this particular place

Slow. Took over 15min to get my order of 3 tacos and a fry and there weren’t many people in the restaurant or drive through either… My tacos were all haphazardly assembled with 2 of them falling out of the wrapper as I picked them up out of the bag. My large fries were also half filled. I’m not expecting 5 star treatment at a taco bell, but this was ridiculous.

My husband and I ordered two different large diet drinks and were given nondiet without being told. My husband is type 1 diabetic and since he didnt know he was consuming a huge amount of sugar his blood sugar spiked and he was sick all evening. Also we consumed like 500 extra calories for no reason. We placed the order 5 min before we got there and still somehow waited a long time for the food even though it wasnt busy. The food was on the better side for a taco bell though.

Received the wrong order, attempted to call them and let them know but staff didn’t answer the phone. We tried 4 times, letting it ring ten to twelve times each, with no response. I highly suggest the store implement a little thing called an ANSWERING MACHINE.

Waited in drive thru for over 20 min for 4 items. They were missing my cheesy fiesta potatoes so I mentioned it when I checked my bag. Took over 10 min for the potatoes and they weren’t even cooked all the way through and still had a hard center. Staff didn’t seem to care and were high as a kite. Would not recommend this location.

Discussing! Absolutely pathetic! Paid $8.79 for trash that they called a chicken quesadia with a guacamole. What a joke. No real cheese, the guacamole was real. I predict this store will close soon. Bye!

Bell grande had almost zero ground beef, and a scoop of dried up old refried beans. Fing smashed my gordita crunch, it stuck to the wrapper, was all ripped up and smashed. $17 fast food shouldn't be smashed and skimped on.
