The owner, management team, and staff all need to go, worst run fast food place I've ever been to, the staff doesn't care at all, then they're rude when you tell them the food is wrong. It is NOT difficult to make a burrito correctly. They should pay you to eat here. (Also the Washtenaw location is a little slow but they're great every time, just go there)

Terrible staff on the night shift they are very unprofessional the girl on the night shift with the orange hair disrespectful and the girls look half dead tip#1 comb your hair before work and wash your clothes and wear your mask y’all look sad and The food was made terrible and my family didn’t even want to eat it !

This location is pathetic. Reject the order or actually make the food! This is ridiculous. Is having a pulse the only requirement to work here? Would take a picture of the completely raw chalupa, but it’s already in the trash. I know chargebacks be hitting this location like no other.

I have been going to this taco bell for a few years now and have always had okay experiences even great ones. This most recent experience was AWFUL everything in our bag is covered in sauce we are missing an item and the chicken nuggets are the nasty thing I’ve ever seen I can’t believe someone boxed and served these we didn’t even eat them because I am appalled by their appearance. Thats what I get for trying taco bell chicken nuggets 😂

Listen, I get what it's like to work in the fast food industry, but there has consistently been a problem where we get the right item but the ingredients are all wrong. I HATE sour cream so I get it removed, and 9 times out of 10 it has sour cream anyways. If it was once or twice that's fine but it's so often I might just wait the hour at the other location. They also get upset whenever I go back around the drive through because everything I got I can't eat. This place clearly needs more staff so they aren't scrambling and getting orders wrong.
