Horrible service! I went in to get food for my daughter. Order at the speaker, when I got to the window to pay. My daughter told me last minute she wanted a fries. I asked the young lady if I can add to the order, she closed the window and she gave this ugly face with an attitude. I didn’t know asking a simple question would cause a problem. It doesn’t seem like she likes her job if she treating customers like this!

At 7:30pm the dining room was closed. I got in line at the drive thru. I get to the window and they want to only round up for cash payment. They wanted $25 for my meal and then they want extra for cash! I gave my drink back and told her it was unacceptable to pay more because they don't have proper change. She gave me the proper change and told me to have an unacceptable evening. She was supposedly the manager. It is truely unacceptable to be charged more, to be treated rudely, and to be mocked by a manager. I was not rude and never raised my voice.

2 times recently I showed up here after work and both times after sitting at the drive-through speaker for several minutes, I was told that they aren’t currently taking orders, why are they open if they’re not taking orders? If anyone’s interested, the most recent time was about 7:20pm on 11-25-25

I love tbell and this is the closest location to me. The customer service and quality used to be great but it’s gotten progressively worse over the past 6-9 months. Ive been turned away multiple times because they’re switching only to mobile orders (sure). The food is often cold. Some of the evening employees are rude and petulant.

Absolute crap. Missing 4 items and utensils from my order. Crunchwrap that i did get was missing the filling. Drink was a medium. I ordered a large. Taco bell’s solution was a $10 credit for a $25 mistake. This store needs to shutdown.

Got to the drive through speaker around 6pm today (11/2/2025,) asked for a second to look at the menu, and the employee paused and said they had suddenly switched to mobile orders and door dash only, very disheartening and frustrating.
I went to Burger King and found out they aren’t supposed to do that but that Taco Bell apparently don’t currently have a manager.
I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Every time we go, we roll up to the speaker to be told “sorry we’re closed.” Time of day doesn’t seem to matter. It’s apparently run on “vibes”

I paid for a Crunchwrap meal. There was very little filler. A few bites in it started tasting burnt puke. Then to top it all off the service was horrible she ended grabbing my card with Attitude for some reason and reaching our hand out aggressively to hand me my bag of food and then shut the window immediately. No have a good day nothing like that I'm sorry but this service needs to get better

Don’t waste your time going here they always mess up your order and always close at least 30 min to an hour early every night I will be looking to contact the district manager about it tho people drive out their way because they are open late only to be turned away saying they are closed at 130 and it clearly states 2am on the drive thru door
