Was yelled at for coming in the restaurant. Didn’t know it was closed because I was picking up an Uber Eats order. Saw 3 customers waiting who also were being treated rudely. Worst customer service and worst treatment I’ve had coming to this location and in general with Taco Bell
Teach your workers how to listen to the words coming out of people's mouths....
3 times in a row now I've been screwed over. 1st time they only gave me a pack of cinnamon delights when I asked for 2 packs of 2, got home they weren't even good had to throw them away....2nd time I asked for a hard taco with my meal and there was no hard taco....and today....I asked for literally only 2 hard tacos, how'd I get soft tacos that were so cold. How can you mix up hard for soft. I get off work at 12am. I have no time to go back before they close. I've lost about $10 or more in 2 weeks. Do better. I will be taking my money to the Belleville one from now on. You owe me what I paid for. 2 cinnamon delights, 3 hard tacos.
Also almost $3 for chips and cheese that's ridiculous it's just chips and cheese I remember when they were $1 it's not worth it. Rip off

This is the 3rd time I have come to this location and my orders has been messed up !!! My food has be sloppy and made in a rush with no to little ingredients . The staff always playing loud music at night can't even hear or place your order .The young kids always on their phones . I ordered a mex-melt last week ask for sour cream. I had no sour cream on it turned back around to get a replacement waited 15 minutes for me to open the Mex-melt and it was completely stuck to the paper it wasn't even edible. Last night I went for loaded nachos extra meat no beans I had no extra meat I ended up with all beans and guacamole. With inflation being high this is absolutely ridiculous that you pay for food almost $10 for tacos now for it to be nasty this used to be one of the better restaurant locations but not anymore!!!

I just had the strangest experience, when pulling up to pick up my order, I was given a list of things that the store was out of. I said I had a mobile order, they asked for the name and said I’ll have to cancel in the app. I was not able to find that option in the app, perhaps due to being in a dead spot for reception. I asked to help, both for the option for them to cancel it in store, and for help on how to do it in the app. I was argued with and handed off to three different people in total. Being told, to cancel it in the app, and to speak with management. When asking to speak with management I was told that I was and to cancel in the app. After explaining how I was human, and just desperate for help I was told to pull forward. The person I spoke to there asked what was in my order, they told me they could make my order minus a single soft shell. I was okay with that, and accepted. I was not okay with my time being wasted, if I had been able to avoid that kerfuffle, and cancel immediately, I would have. Whether or not it’s corporate policy, Taco Bell’s 86 system, cancellation system, and “disgruntled customer management” system, are absolutely atrocious.

30$ and I get a squirt of cheese. Foods well below temp.dont even taste like the meat was cooked long enough in the hot water bath. Utterly gross.staff are rude as hell. And don't listen. Light skinned girl that wears glasses told me freezes were out then sold one to the lady behind me ...hmmm seems sexist. Also sold my wife a freeze later that day.

They're very rude there, when they don't make the order right, they stand there and judge you instead of helping the customer fix the order. They ask you what happened to the food, and then you tell them your hypoglycemic that you had to eat and then you called before you ate it, but you were so hungry that your sugar was crashing, and the person behind the counter just stands there and judges you and they're very rude. And it's highly overpriced, it's not what it used to be, just cook at home.

I ordered the crunchwrap, it had so much sauce on it, it became a soggy wrap after 3 bites

The chanciest portions I’ve ever seen. Fiesta Potatoes had more cheese than potatoes It was like they tried to fill the cup up with cheese to make up for the short amount of potatoes. Steak taco literally had five small pieces of steak on it.
