The worst Tim Horton's coffee shop in the area every time I come here they don't have fresh coffee they always give you rotten salad and the sandwiches taste awful they never change every time I think they'll get better they don't get better and this is the picture of the letters that they put in the sandwich

Not sure why I keep ordering food from here . I keep either getting under cooked or burnt sandwiches from here. The service is fast but the accuracy is bad ..asked for a drink with 2 creams and 1 sugar ...there was undissolved sugar on the bottom .half the time when I order drive through the women sound very annoyed and clearly don't want to be there.im only asking for them to not make me feel like a burden

Every time I've been which is 4 times and my last time! Girl who took my order was rude and yelled at me bc she couldn't hear me. This past Sunday placed a pick order @7:15 pm got there at 7:30 and they were closed!! Still took my order and payment when I ordered though!! I'll never go to this tim hortons again!!! I'm still waiting in my refund I never got bc they closed early!! The rude stank attitude is Every time I've been there unfortunately!

There is one young lady who has the worst customer service. When she is not there, everything goes well. When she is there, it's horrible. When pulling up to the speaker and stating my order, she interrupted me. She stated something about creamer and I informed her that I didn't want creamer, I told her that I wanted a half and half cappuccino and coffee, four pumps of carmel syrup, not any creamer. I then attempted to add that I wanted whipped cream and carmel drizzle and she interrupted me and told me to pull to the front window. Still at the speaker, I stated, I'm not sure if the speaker is functioning properly because you are interrupting me during my order. I then stated my completed order, but she kept telling me to pull up. I pulled up and there was no carmel drizzle and I only had cappuccino, no coffee. This is the second or third time I've experienced her rudeness and paid money for something I did not order. The other time (same young lady), she got my order wrong, took the coffee back through the window and told me to pull around to the front door. I'm not sure why I had to pull to the front door when there was no car behind me. When I pulled around and waited, she finally came out and she handed me my beverage and I asked her was this half coffee and she responded "yes hun" very rudely and gave an exaggerated exhale. I am certain, I am not the only one that has experienced her rudeness. I become so deflated when I see she is the one working the morning shift. I didn't get her name and I hope she is not the manager because that would be unfortunate for the staff and store as a whole. But this young lady worked today, January 7, 2025 in the morning shift. I arrived at approximately 6:20 - 6:25 am and she was the one taking orders for the drive through. I called Tim Hortons customer service and filed a complaint.

I come here occasionally for a sweet treat and often times a sandwich. There is a new girl working here, I learned her name is belle, she’s a very skinny white girl with brown hair. I remember her hair color because I found it in my food! I got a refund but still feel gross about this. When I told her about the hair, she yelled at me, calling me names. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!

I literally just got told off (in a very condescending fashion) by the lady at the drive thru. I can not believe how little Tim Horton's cares about their customers! This is not the first time with this lady who could be the rudest person ever! 8am 1/28/2025 watch the camera footage... thanks for starting my day off!

Late night employee don't do they're job. Sat at speaker for my order to just be ignored. Mind you it was 6:30pm and they don't close till 8pm. Horrible service from a Horrible store I guess.

we just went through the drive-through about 20 minutes ago and we ordered a pumpkin latte 40 tim bits of the birthday cake, and a caramel iced cap. Everything had something wrong with it and the entire order was wrong. My pumpkin latte was just a normal chai latte. It had no pumpkin no whip cream no caramel no nothing. Then my daughter's ice cap we paid extra for whipped cream and it had absolutely nothing on it besides the ice cap. Then we get our 40 Tim bits and they're soggy like they have been soaking in water all day. We literally threw our entire $22 dollar order away. The Tim bits didn't even have sprinkles, you might've had two or three sprinkles per tim bit, and they're supposed to be covered with them. I have never been more aggravated with a restaurant in my life to order three items and all three things were wrong. Then I get up to the window after I placed my order at the speaker. I'm not given my total and my card is just swiped. I didn't even know what I paid until I got home and had to check my bank, this is not how a business is ran!

If I could give this place 0 stars. I would. For starters the guy who took our order this morning was rude as hell. Glared at us the whole time we ordered and mumbled and then got an attitude when we asked "what?" When my friend asked for cold foam on her pumpkin spice latte he just flat out said no. My friend got a bit breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel and it looked like garbage. The bagel was burnt, there was a ton of nasty flaccid lettuce that it looks like was just tossed in the bag. They also didn't put any sauce or cream cheese on it so we had to ask for that extra which was promptly thrown at my firend by the girl making sandieche. I ordered the grilled farmers breakfast wrap and they didn't put My egg on it?! The manager looked like he couldn't be bothered to do anything with his employees that clearly didn't know what they were doing or how rude they are. The place is also filthy. Literally disgusting. I'd be surprised if the people who actually eat food from this location don't get food poisoning. We also weren't given a recept.
