I don't know if you guys just don't pay your employees enough to get enough people to keep the lobby open or if you just don't treat them good enough but whatever it is you guys need to fix this I'm tired of pulling in just to see a sign saying drive through only with 13 cars in it do better

After 3 re makes of my iced cappuccino the lady at the drive thru window still got the flavor wrong. I ordered a regular small iced cappuccino and she still gave me the hazelnut flavor. She wouldn't listen to me and said this is what you ordered but when i pulled away it was hazelnut and then I didn't have time to turn around, as I had to get to work. I then called and the lady literally just said sorry didn't even offer to make it right with me. Very sad, b/c I usually don't have problems with this store.

The cashier wasn’t listening to me or couldn’t hear me and didn’t say anything. I ordered a sandwich with no cheese and there was cheese on it. Whoever took my order was very rude and rushing me. The person in the window was the same way, not nice at all. He snatched my card out of my hand. Then the receipt code to leave a review did not work. I typed it in it said there was no code existed then i did it again and it said i already used it. Terrible experience overall. Nothing like I’ve experienced before.

Fast service, even the long drive thru, is fast! Fresh bagels with an extra huge glob of cream cheese!! I am pleasantly surprised with their "red eye!" Go there!

This is really, the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever tried. Just everything they make is absolutely amazing, I tried other Tim Hortons but they are not as tasty as this. My favorite is the egg and cheese croissant, always so fresh and the croissant is perfectly cooked. Coffees are so tasty ❤️❤️❤️

That sucks the old fashioned donut it shrink next time you need the magnified to see it I can't believe medium coffee and old fashioned plain $4.29 that's not good you guys so expensive and the donut before it's bigger
This Timmy's really went downhill :( they made me pay $1.50 for filling my cup with more coffee just because I asked for no ice and there was 1/3 of the cup empty- they said well that's how much ice there would be. Why are you giving us so much frozen water for so much money and then making us pay more when we need less ice but our cup full ? WHAT HAS THIS WORLD COME TO

Workers are rude rarely say your welcome when the customer says thank you and on top of that this store has higher prices than every other time Hortons around and the worst part of it all is last two days I've ordered a coffee it's been wrong or not made right 2 days in a row and to be frank my coffee is wrong more than its right... Need new management here please

I’ve gone to several different Tim Hortons locations over the years between Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor and Canton. This specific location is the only one I like to go to. It’s the only location where I’ve experience a consistently good coffee and great customer service. The employees are always so friendly. When I visit other Tim’s locations, the employees seem kind of miserable and barley when talk to/look at you. But the employees at this location are always seemingly happy and friendly.
