My husband and I thought we were going to have a nice Sunday brunch but it was a horrible experience! We walked into something totally unlike the website described including a very limited menu. It wasn’t like the Tower Inn I remember and will not repeat this ever again!!!

Please change your name on the Website and Building.I'll be just a little bit more detailed in my review. You cannot expect the changes that you have received to your building and The Business when the website does not State the additions of Hamburger Mary's. That is my suggestion on why you should change the name of the building to match the website as well as when customers call to make reservations.

This has always been one of our go-tos because of the great food and customer service. I don't know if it's the merger or just a result of the pandemic, but we've been disappointed lately. Nothing horrible, but food is just okay, some of our favorite menu items are no longer there, and the prices went up (which is fine, just unfortunate when paired with the rest). Still zero complaints with customer service, which is something. We still order sometimes, but not on a weekly basis like before.

Some of the best Pizza and Wings I've had. They fry their wings but I get them to bake mine. Have them put em through the oven twice ranch and hot sauce on the side. Classic ?
Pizza wasn't bad. Crust was a little soggy. Service was terrible. There was only one other table with people being served while my girlfriend, son, and I was there.We had 3 slices of pizza leftover. Asked server for box. She brought over a sandwich size box. Had to explain one slice of pizza wouldn't even fit in that box, let alone 3.Went to pay the bill and looked directly at our server. She turned her back towards us. Another employee had to ask if I was ready to pay my bill.After receiving lousy service and soggy pizza crust I will never come back.

Very good tasting items on their menu variety including Italian and mexican. Even greek. You get a bit of everything and it comes out tasting good everytime I've come here ! They have a cozy little bar as well. Only con is service sometimes can be slow. But worth the wait.

Another failed attempt to pick up a large 2 item carryout pizza special. I've been generally happy with Tower Inn Cafe and their pizzas over the years but at this point I am worn out from the staff turnover & apparent lack of training given to the continually changing staff.

Me and my friends decided to dine here for the first time, this was bad experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again. We ordered the Spinach Cheese Triangles as an app and I took a bite of it and it was a piece of plastic in my food. It looked like something that fell into the kitchen and it was cooked into it. Our server said he would make us a new batch and take off 15% of the bill. We then had an order of the Waffle Fries and when I went to use the ketchup it was a piece of hair that plopped out of the bottle. When it was time to pay the bill, there was no 15% discount on our bill and we were told that they cannot give it to us although there was a hazardous piece in my meal and their ketchup had a strand of hair. Safe to say I will not be returning back to this restaurant and anyone else shouldn't even come here.
