My husband and I thought we were going to have a nice Sunday brunch but it was a horrible experience! We walked into something totally unlike the website described including a very limited menu. It wasn’t like the Tower Inn I remember and will not repeat this ever again!!!

Please change your name on the Website and Building.I'll be just a little bit more detailed in my review. You cannot expect the changes that you have received to your building and The Business when the website does not State the additions of Hamburger Mary's. That is my suggestion on why you should change the name of the building to match the website as well as when customers call to make reservations.

I'm sad to say the tower and is officially closed and it changed its name and it's no longer the tower in replaced but honestly must be a great time for a change I hope the food great they're serving hamburgers I don't know what else but go ahead and check it out let me know

Manager is rude. Not professional. Who ever hire to the guy needs to think twice. Treats customer like the do not matter to the business. Really badly service because of management.

I came here to see my friend Jade in black (whom I don't know personally but I follow on Instagram.... and i believe that's her Instagram as well). It was about one something we got here but it is now 2:02 PM and I believe we're early. If I'm correct, I think that the drag shows start at night. But I can't be sure because this is my first time here.

This has always been one of our go-tos because of the great food and customer service. I don't know if it's the merger or just a result of the pandemic, but we've been disappointed lately. Nothing horrible, but food is just okay, some of our favorite menu items are no longer there, and the prices went up (which is fine, just unfortunate when paired with the rest). Still zero complaints with customer service, which is something. We still order sometimes, but not on a weekly basis like before.

No noodles in here. I ordered the chicken fettuccine or Alfredo. They gave me this. And why would she throw these lil bread rocks in my bag. They gotta go.
We were at hamburger Marys, n it was delicious! Service was really good too. We'll definitely be back

After a rough day I came in expecting to enjoy a nice alcohol beverage and a nice meal. Well, that did NOT happen. My friends and I were seated in a booth and i asked for an alcohol menu. The waitress hesitated to even say they had alcohol. Or even a kind greeting. Her words, "hmm yeah but I need to see ids first". I can understand checking our ID's as that's procedure, but she was investigating all of our ids holding them up in the light. Her attitude was very snobby and rude. She had the dirtiest look on her face. Clearly we can tell she thinks our ids are fake. Which they were not. She then gave our ids back and still didn't go get a menu until we asked again. When she started to walk away, she crossed her arms and gave the dirtiest look once again. More dirty looks and just completely disrespectful. She then has her manager come over. No communication from her that she's doing this. He also INVESTIGATES our ids. Leaves and is starring us down from across the room. Very rude. I couldn't believe this was happening. There was absolutely no communication to us as the customers what was going on. Or why they were investigating our ids. Then she comes back over and acts like nothing ever happened and said she'll get started on my drink, trying to offer appetizers but is stuttering and skipping over her words because she even even knows what just went down was so unprofessional and embarrassing. I Will never be back. Couldn't even enjoy the food that everyone raves about! Service is everything!

We had great bread sticks with marinara and a BBQ chicken pizza. Very good! It was Sunday after 9pm when we came in (the kitchen at our favorite bar was already closed) and they hooked us up! Sorry no pictures. We devoured it!

Some of the best Pizza and Wings I've had. They fry their wings but I get them to bake mine. Have them put em through the oven twice ranch and hot sauce on the side. Classic ?
