The Lavender Lemonade is divine! EDIT: I enjoyed the lavender lemonade the first time I came here. Ever since then, it has tasted way too bitter with little to no taste of lavender. The employees are extremely rude, and come across as prejudice towards various groups. I would ignore the awful taste of the drink and order something different if they were not so unpleasant. Skip this place, and go to Northern Grind, or Sweetwater there in Ypsi. The bariatas are kind at these other places.

Found this spot the other day and decided to stop in and give them a try. Great staff and the coffee was delicious. I will be back to try again soon.

Nice little spot to get work done or just enjoy some coffee. Plenty of gluten free and even vegan baked good/ food options. They also have a small list of refreshing mocktails.

I've come here a few times since moving to Ypsi recently, and I've enjoyed the drinks each time. I'm not a coffee drinker but the pumpkin chai, apple cider chai, and the earl grey mocha were all fantastic. They only have one size of drink so this isn't the place to get a bucket of iced coffee, but if you want a unique drink I would definitely recommend it.

They have tasty drinks and plenty of seating space!

Their matcha is so delicious! It's also a very welcoming environment for LGBT folks. So glad Vertex is in Ypsi now!

total vibe. bright, clean, sparse. tho $2.65 + tip for a refill on a tiny 10 oz house mug of crushed beans cascaded with batch hot water i.e drip coffee, that cost almost $4 + tip for the first cup which was barely warm, feels predatory, so guess you can’t have it all.

Delicious! Everything gluten free which was great for me (Celiac) but delicious and my husband enjoyed it too! Wish I had taken a picture to share, but we are too quickly once we started!

I've always have a positive experience here. The staff are knowledgeable without being overbearing. The place is always clean and well stocked. The space is perfect for meeting friends! The outdoor space is good for doing homework.

A great local Ypsi coffee shop. I love their Elder Millenial toast for breakfast. Also, they use quality ingredients in both their drinks and food offerings. Their chai for the chai latte is brewed in house and you can definitely tell it in the flavor that it’s full leaf tea. They also offer great seasonal selections that are fun to explore and always tasty without being overly sweet. I enjoy getting their flight when I want to try a few things on the menu.

The cafe is spacious and clean so it’s a great place to meet up with someone. While it can be cold in there, they have blankets available to keep you warm.

They also have a nice outdoor seating area with large picnic tables, which has been very nice to use after a run with a group of friends.

If you are a local or just visiting, this is a place to check out!
