Every time I get delivery from here something is wrong, this time I'm missing an item, my drink is a small when it should be medium and my burger was the wrong one. Honestly disappointing. Avoid this location

This Wendy’s it’s understaffed I went to grab a bite to eat before work on Sunday and there was only two cars ahead of me. I thought I would have enough time to grab something to eat before work since I work right up the street then I realized that they were Took about 10 minutes to help the people in front of me. I had to call my job and let them know that I was going to be late because the way that their drive-through set up. I cannot leave to try to get to work on time. there is a car behind me in the same to in front. I hope they get more stuff or figure something out. I ended up being four minutes late to work that day.

I had exactly $3.00 on me, nothing more. I asked for the price of a medium Coke. The clerk did not know. I asked if it would be over $3.00 and was told “oh, no”. So I ordered one. The clerk who brought it, different from the first, then asked for $3.17. I had the three $1.00 bills in my hand and showed them to her and told her what I had been told. She asked me if I had anything more and I told her no. She “hemmed” a little bit and then said ok and took my payment and gave me my coke. Embarrassing but also frustrating!! (This was a drive thru line and the price was not easy to see or quickly found on the large board. - intersection of I-94 and Michigan Avenue in MI.)

My sister used to work here and I used to work here years ago… now its like disgusting like the service attitude is disrespectful… they always got an attitude. I used to come here a lot and get the biggie bag but i am not doing it anymore and the next Wendys close to this one is a bad one too… who is the district manger because this is nasty

I wanted a salad, no salads and now I'm trapped in the world's slowest drive through line. Last time they gave my order to someone else then gave me a bunch of attitude when I asked where my order was. There's always beggars hanging around. Don't support this location!! There's one on Carpenter and it's way better

This is the worst Wendys i been too in 5+ years. Staff is rude, told me to cancel my order because someone was yelling at them. so unprofessional and rude, to add on that, slow staff, orders is always wrong, staff is lazy. Avoid this place at all costs.

i waited in line for more than AN HOUR. got no food because they were taking way too long at the speaker, they had gotten through maybe 5 cars in the time that i was waiting in line. when i got up to the window i tried to tell one of the workers how bad their service was and the guy laughed in my face and walked away. when i was leaving the lady behind me had to get out of her car to try and get someone’s attention because no one was at the speaker.
