No staff to handle any volume of customers. Zero attention or communication with drive through cars, who are stuck waiting to place an order that will never be heard. With so many choices around don't let this business waste your time too.

The young man who took the drive thru orders had on a dirty blue mask that he kept adjusting over his nose constantly while it kept falling. After paying him, he grabbed a cup and scoops my ice out while his dirty arm sleeve goes into the ice bin contaminating the ice. Nor did he wear gloves as he just handled my money. Nasty. Very unsanitary

Burger was cold, bun was dried out and tasty.
Chili was room temp.
Soda and Frosty both tastes good.
Place needed a real good cleaning from floor to ceiling.

I went through the drive through with my dog after a long day and the crew was so sweet and complimented her and gave her *water. I didn't ask for it but they wanted to give her something. Thank you guys! She needed it and thanks you all!

This store NEEDS to change their hours! It says they are open until 2 am. Every time I get there it is at least between 1:30 and 1:45am and the staff just stand there waving people away. If you’re gonna close at 1 am then put that on the website. Other than that GREAT :))

Ordered a cheese burger no bun with mayo and pickle only first one came onions ketchup mayo and pickles second one came same way but no onions third one came the same way I stood right there and told the lady mayo and pickles only three time after making five bad ones I watched her start to put ketchup on and said just mayo and pickles finally got it right on sixth try. She needs to take listening lessons. Wasted five burgers. The whole place was a mess and they could not get orders right. The manger was awful. Never come back there

DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU! It is insanely SLOW. It makes you want to leave right away! We spent like 20 minutes just to take the order, with only one car in front of us. If you are in a rush, try other fast food restaurant.
Food is absolutely delicious but they may miss your straw or mess up your drink or your fries but if you remind them and show them the receipt they will give you what your missing they are short staffed so the wait is a long time

Drive Thru experience is horrendous. Two lines but several issues, it took over 30 minutes (not exaggerating) to get to order station with only 3 cars ahead of me. Sat there after being acknowledged for 10 minutes while two cars were served in the other lane. Started to get me irritated. Ordered my medium Salted Caramel frosty and left with a resolve to live my life without Wendy's frosty in the future.

The store opens at 6 AM I had to call them after 8 AM so they could unlock the door so I could get in to order my breakfast sandwich. It seemed like it was from yesterday. It was horrithe edges of the English muffin or so hard. You couldn't chew it. I do not recommend it. And I wouldn't take my dog home scraps from there. And the staff was not professional or friendly!
