I think it depends on what you like in a sundae. Tons of options which is fun. Our sundaes were mostly toppings. Felt like the ice cream was missing but I'm sure some people love it that way
This has always been one of our favorite places in the West Michigan area. It is not only nostalgic, but it also never fails to provide exemplary service and flavors. Whenever I am back in town, I always make sure to stop by. The Turtle Sundae is UNDEFEATED!

Captain Sundae is hands-down our favorite ice cream spot! The sundaes are always loaded, creative, and absolutely delicious—every visit feels like a treat. The staff is friendly and efficient, even when the line is long (which it often is because it’s that good). The atmosphere is fun and family-friendly, and it’s the perfect stop after a beach day or just because. We keep coming back and recommending it to everyone we know. Captain Sundae never disappoints!
