BIGGBY COFFEE

Went to Biggby Coffee drive-thru today on Friday, February 9 at about 4:10pm. Service was quick and friendly. I just got some Donut Holes and Iced Coffee with caramel only. There was only one car ahead of me and I was able to get what I ordered right away.I didn’t get the young lady’s name that helped at the drive-thru today, but she was really friendly and kind. If you're looking for a friendly and welcoming coffee shop in Zeeland, Biggby Coffee is the place to be! I hate to say this as a Biggby employee myself, but the Zeeland Biggby has been a bit disappointing lately. When I order in the store, the service is great and the employees are wonderful, but the drive through is a different story. Not only have they messed up the sizes of my iced coffee, but the past time I came in they made me pay for a part of my iced coffee when it should be free.
