Employees are friendly and welcoming the food is great
They subs are amazing and always fresh
I asked for my sub to be toasted. The kids behind the counter were completely lost. They couldn't toasted a #3. If i wanted it toasted i had to order a different #. It is not their fault they are not trained and Jimmy John's is not flexible enough to toasted a sub. It is not rocket science I'm just asking you to keep up. Any sub ordered can be toasted if that is what the customer orders. It is not a problem at subway🤷♂️
