Everything is delicious except the price. Can’t go wrong with cold cuts and fresh bread but $15 for my meal, my lord. Your profit margin on a fountain drink and cold cuts by bulk have to be ridiculous. Makes me not want to eat out but I’m constantly on the road.

Food was great and wasn't too pricey. They do consistently forget things on my order almost every time and it's dissapointing but it's still good food. My experience went great until I saw numerous healt code issues as well as one employee drop all the food and put it right in the bag and serve it to the customer. Good sandwiches, but the list of recommended tip percentages shown at check out were determined to be after the tax had been added. Why should we tip the tax? The tip should be based on the service provided by the waitstaff, not in addition to the government's tax on the meal.

Consistently my favorite Jimmy John's location. I always place my order through the app for pickup and it's ready by the time I get there. About a 10 minute drive. Everything always tastes fresh and if I add extras to my sandwich they never miss it. This store is typically very busy for lunch with all the big corporations located in Zeeland but as mentioned, placing the order ahead of time is the way to go. For comparison, I recently got an Italian night club sub at a different location and it was absolutely drenched in the oil and vinegar making it soggy and kinda gross to eat. The person I was with said that was how the sandwich always was. But at this location in Zeeland, that has never been the case for me. It's always a perfectly dressed sandwich with no mess! I will say that this parking lot can be a nightmare at times. It's small and busy and Vitales is also located in the plaza which is another popular lunch spot.

Made turkey sandwich that was very under weight. Not paying 8.00 for a lettuce sandwich... Staff was rude and told me "they don't set the prices". After I asked for refund I was told we don't offer refunds on food already made. Last time I give this local JJs owner a chance. I've made a complaint here a few years ago. This team needs help.

Wasn't greeted as I entered the store young man at the counter took my order wanted wheat bread didn't have the choice but too get white bread paid 16.00 for a 16 inch bread hard at both ends I wasn't even asked what I wanted on the sandwich the one that prepared didn't ask what I wanted on the sandwich I guess they have the line how the sandwich is prepared the one on the register proceeded too put mayonnaise on the sandwich without even asking he cut that bread in half then for whatever reason he got a different kind of bread too make the sandwich won't return too that store anymore he needs a class in customer service as I was going out the next person that came in was greeted she was what and I'm not I wonder if this store independently owned if so you need too speak with the one that was on the register not customer service oriented is a quick way too loose a business the store in Zeeland Michigan visited February 11th the middle of the afternoon I was the only customer in the store so they were not busy

Ordered 2 subs. 1 correct. 1 wrong. Called to point it out. They delivered a new sub with a nice apology but it was ALSO incorrect. Order taker needs to listen better and repeat order back to customer. Manager also needs to communicate better since manager took the call about the error and only scribbled a little note (which was not correct but sub was made according to the scribble). Food fresh and good. But correct would be better.

We at Zeeland Christian School placed an order for 50 sandwiches for a day that ended up being a snow day. The staff at Jimmy John's was very flexible and changed our order to a different day and were very accommodating. All 50 sandwiches were made to our specifications, and they were delicious. Sandwich with cheese and a bag of chips for $13? Skip Johns cash machine, and go to Wolfies a mile away and support a local company with home made ingredients and for $3 less! Fairwell Jimmy! Not supporting your African safari slaughtering anymore!

I love it here, it's close to work so I order frequently. The food is great, the staff is nice and it's pretty quick! But y'all they literally never cut my sandwich in half when I order it... It's too big to pick up and I feel like it's not that hard to do idk.

Never had an issue at this location until today. I called to place an order and about half way thur the conversation the girl who was talking my order keep saying hello Hello, thinking it was my phone, I proceeded to call on my land line. The same girl answered and said hello hello again and proceeded to giggle and hung up. I then proceeded to call back with another phone and same thing. So I drove to the restaurant and proceeded to ask if the were having issue with there phone and they insisted there was no problem. As I turn I say one of the other girls smerking. I get it that it was close to closing time but I know I will be taking my business to another location.
