The server was very helpful and nice. I would describe the food as good, not spectacular, but good. A few items were a bit too salty. The beverages were delicious. The atmosphere was friendly and somewhere in the ballpark of nice but not super upscale. I would definitely go back, but maybe not for a special occasion.

This place is like ac Phoenix riding from the ashes. From the old days back in Saugatuck to today's downtown Zeeland, this place knows good food.

We came here for a holiday party and unfortunately it was nearly a total flop. We had called ahead to verify they could accommodate our party, which they assured us they could. We pre-ordered appetizers, which they promptly brought out upon our arrival. It was after this that things unravelled. The next 2 hours were spent waiting to order and get food. When asked about the delay with ordering, the waitress stated that she didn't realize we actually wanted to order lunch. After finally ordering and the long wait to receive our food, my burger came back less than great. As an example my burger bun was stale and crunchy, forcing me to discard most of it. I will not be returning.

Went there for dinner around 7pm. We ordered alcohol drinks from, it looked to be a 12 year old. She went and got a adult named Becca who told use there soda machine broke around 4 so she could not make our drinks. Ok so we ordered water and two lobster

I ordered the Bacon and Cheese Burger. The burger came out a bit on the dry side but other then that it was very good. I ordered it rare and it came out more on the medium to medium rare side. Side of fries costed an extra 3 dollars but they were good and I expected to pay more money. Ended the meal with a delicious Raspberry Cheesecake that was very rich and creamy. The restaurant was esthetically pleasing and the service was good. If you are looking for nice restaurant in Zeeland I would recommend Elbo Room. Expect it to be a little pricey. Overall a good experience and some good food. I give Elbo Room 4 stars.

Attended a corporate event in the back room. We had about 30 people in the back room and food was served family style. Everything went great! (A coat rack would have been nice)
