ordered food 2 weeks ago took an hour and half the driver went to the wrong house, the manager Alex promised to send a coupon for a free pizza that we never received, when I called to ask him about it he hung up on me! very unprofessional management! this was our number 1 spot for pizza as we usually order once a weekend, will no longer order from them again.
Have always ordered Hungry Howie’s for delivery to our house (on average every other week). 4 out of the last 5 times it was delivered we had an issue with our order. Okay, pizza is still good and gets to us fast, whatever.
Fast forward to today. Hungry Howie’s has reduced its delivery radius that no longer includes the house we have ordered from for 7 years running. Last Saturday we had 15 pizzas delivered for a party. Today no delivery available. Thanks a lot Hungry...read full review
