Been to the Drive-thru twice and both of those times however is working the drive-thru is rude! They are literally in the corner of a highway and yelled at me because they couldn’t hear me… the other time I asked to change my Mountain Dew because the taste was off and the guy had an attitude about it and refused so I asked for a cup of water and asked if he could throw the Mountain Dew away and again refused to do so.
Been in drive through line for 20 minutes…still haven’t moved. About 7 cars behind us. No one is getting any food!

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers great tasting food with friendly service. Drive-through orders are usually correct, though there can be occasional missing condiments or napkins. Staff sometimes have trouble hearing orders through the drive-thru, and mistakes can happen, which can be frustrating. Wait times may be long during peak hours, but the food remains fresh and hot. Kid-friendly options are available, including kids meals and smaller portion desserts. The atmosphere can feel a bit unorganized, but the treats are delicious. Customers enjoy the crispy, golden-brown onion rings and the value of the 2 for $5 Mix & Match deal, making it a popular stop after events like the Osakis Parade. The location is easily accessible from the Interstate, with a clean, nicely maintained building that is slightly dated. Parking is ample, and seating is limited but usually not crowded. Many appreciate the outdoor seating with views of the golf course’s first hole green, where they can relax and enjoy their ice cream.
