I had a gift card I needed to use so I stopped here during a long commute. The gift card took a few tries before it went through but the staff assured me they would take care of it, and they did! I needed a hit of caffeine in the middle of my trip and the Honey Lavender Latté was the perfect remedy! I also got a pup cup for my dog. Service was thorough, the drink was delicious, and the place was in a good spot and also clean. Wonderful, overall!
I have not been able to get Mahogany K cups for home use in Austin MN for over 3 month as they do not seem to stock it. Albert Lea which is not closer always carries Mahogany K cups. The service is always top notch and I did not have cash for a tip. She was very nice about it. Rochester MN uses a way to add tips to the use of a card for purchase.
I rewarded myself for going to work on a day I had a nasty headache.. Pootie served my tea and treat.. that alone made my headache better! Great place, great beverage, great people!
