One checkout today, I was 2nd in line. Customers stacking up behind me. finally directed to another check out. After unloading my groceries onto conveyor belt, terminal wasn't working after she scanned all my items. We loaded up groceries and taken to another check out to scan again. The celery was wilted, one stalk had some bug infestation. After arriving home my wife compared your food item prices to Walmarts, you were $7.89 MORE for same items. We'll not shop at HyVee again.

I go to Hy-Vee Chinese, but there is always this teenager with brown curly hair and he always looks stoned. But the girl at pay station with brown short hair had great customer service.

I have been using the delivery service from Hy-Vee for about a year now. The customer service is outstanding. I have a toddler and am expecting, I work full time, and it is a HUGE convenience to have one less place to go to, one less line to wait in. The staff will call if they have questions on my order, or if they are out of something. I cannot emphasis how amazing the customer service has been.
