One checkout today, I was 2nd in line. Customers stacking up behind me. finally directed to another check out. After unloading my groceries onto conveyor belt, terminal wasn't working after she scanned all my items. We loaded up groceries and taken to another check out to scan again. The celery was wilted, one stalk had some bug infestation. After arriving home my wife compared your food item prices to Walmarts, you were $7.89 MORE for same items. We'll not shop at HyVee again.

I love this place as a store but the works and managers were rude and almost everytime I get Chinese it tastes off

I go to Hy-Vee Chinese, but there is always this teenager with brown curly hair and he always looks stoned. But the girl at pay station with brown short hair had great customer service.

I don't know what they put in they food, but it gave me some terrible stomache issues. The Chinese food was old and no options.

I have been using the delivery service from Hy-Vee for about a year now. The customer service is outstanding. I have a toddler and am expecting, I work full time, and it is a HUGE convenience to have one less place to go to, one less line to wait in. The staff will call if they have questions on my order, or if they are out of something. I cannot emphasis how amazing the customer service has been. The service saves me time and energy to prepare complete and healthy meals for my family. I LOVE it! Thank you!

Let me be clear. This is a review of my experience with the Hy-Vee Chinese Express and NOT the store in general. I have been shopping at this particular Hy-Vee for years and have found it to be a solid source for many of my grocery needs. On with the show... I visited the Hy-Vee Chinese Express for lunch today. When we walked in the door I checked the time and saw that it was 12:40. I was hopeful that we had arrived during the lunch hour so as to guarantee hot, fresh buffet food. I opted for the Friday all-you-can-eat Chinese Buffet for $6.00. When I checked out the food through the glass before I ordered I noticed that several of the items were almost empty and tired looking. I ordered beef with asparagus which should have been called dog food and wood. The beef was soggy and shapeless and the asparagus was so woody I couldn't eat it. I also a chicken green bean dish that was mostly hard undercooked carrots. Lastly I had a garlic pork that was mostly onions. Nothing was hot. I am not going to let this happen again. FAIL! PS. I forgot that while we were eating in the dining area, two mice came out of a hole in the wall ran around a little bit and ran back into the hole.

This is a great Hy-Vee, sometimes when I head up to Minneapolis for a Vikings game I meet my parents at this Hy-Vee right off Interstates 90 and 35! It's a perfect spot to meet, They have clean bathrooms, a coffee shop inside and a great healthy food section for snacks for the road! The staff is always really nice and it's prices are way better then having to buy water, or soda at a gas stationfor the road! Way to go!

I have always had great service at this store. The produce is the best available in Albert lea, I wont buy produce at any other grocery store. I really like them.
