Went there yesterday for groceries. Get up to the checkout and they had one checker with a line of 11 carts waiting. The self-service checkouts were also backed up with 4-5 carts in line, as some weren't working. Waited about 10 mins and moved up one cart. At this point, I saw 4 associates BSing in front of the Services dept. I walked up to the group and asked if another check-out could be opened up. Was at Walmart today and stood in the paint department for about forty minutes. Asked two people for assistance and no one came. called the service desk from my phone asking for assistance and still no one came. Left store very unhappy with service

The store was dirty I was really surprised this is the first Walmart that I've been in that looked bad customer service couldn't return a couple items because the line was so long and we had waited a long time and they never called anybody up to help so we left I talked to a coach there and told them what happened and that they should have at least two people in there to help when there's that many customers waiting and she said she'd look into it and she said that she guessed...read full review
